Andy, I wanted to change this to encompass two sections: the first being the actual origin of the term, which is from a 1942 court case Ex Parte Quirin, the second being the modern connotation and denotation. However, I want to ask your permission first. Stryker 12:47, 24 July 2007 (EDT)
