Not trying to be overly picky here , but how does a fruit differ from a vegatable or a grain. Edible part of a plant is not sufficient definition. Also check definition of fruitful, in my dictionery its a stretch to relate that to fruit directly. perhaps its derivation was from the root word for fruit. Markr 11:13, 6 November 2008 (EST)
