That's redundant. All opposition parties are in a minority position: if they weren't a minority, they would be a majority, and if they were a majority, of course, they would form the government, not the official opposition. LloydR 10:54, 23 May 2011 (EDT)
In Canada the party with the second most seats is called the Official Opposition. The NDP's leader Jack Layton therefore is the Leader of the Opposition. --Cheesefromcows 14:25, 25 May 2011 (EDT)
