Nothing to add really, but I've always found this particular subject fascinating.--British_cons (talk) 13:47, 5 April 2007 (EDT)

Embryology is endlessly fascinating. The whole "ontogeny recapitulates phylogeny" thing and all. I have had the chance to study it extensively in the past, and just seeing all the little vestigial structures form then morph, it's incredible.--PalMDtalk 15:04, 5 April 2007 (EDT)
Incredible as in unbelievable, you mean.
Anyway, I'd like to revise the lede to call Pharyngula a hypothetical stage, rather than a "term". We can have article which are about words like "homophobic" or "fascist" or "racist" which are used a bludgeons. But this article should be about the concept. --Ed Poor Talk 12:33, 29 October 2010 (EDT)
