My version of a stub...to be filled in by those who are interested in the Titanic. Just keep it looking good Karajou 23:51, 6 April 2007 (EDT)
Only six were pulled out alive? I know that's said in the movie Titanic, but A Night To Remember by Walter Lord says that there were more. Maybe we need a source. MountainDew 18:10, 12 April 2007 (EDT)
- Where I got that from was Ballard's book...but I don't have it with me! You are right, there has to be a cited source for this...and now I got a headache! Karajou 12:30, 13 April 2007 (EDT)
- The bit about some passengers who voluntarily went down with the ship [...] rather than take a spot on a lifeboat from others is unsourced and apparently in breach of the Commandments: Everything you post must be true and verifiable and Always cite and give credit to your sources. We pride ourselves on being different from Wikipedia, one can only wonder whether or not that list of the wealthiest and most prominent passengers is gossip, something We do not allow [...] just as a real encyclopedia avoids it.

- The list of wealthiest and most prominent passengers has been cited in a major encyclopedia for Titanic (Collier's), as well as every serious book written about the subject, including the works listed in the reference section. Karajou 20:26, 20 April 2007 (EDT)
What about the fire in the coal bunkers?
