From Conservapedia

DavidA -- I hope you don't mind my edit to your addition about Emanuel's father. I don't have a cite for the Irgun connection. Do you? -- Martib 18:41, 6 November 2008 (EST)

He's been blocked. I can't find any... reliable sources for his father's "terrorist" connections, but I found a lot of mentions of it on the internet. All of those sources seemed to get their information from another website, which itself never explained how it knew his father was a terrorist. HelpJazz 20:15, 6 November 2008 (EST)
In that case, I'd vote for deleting the Irgun part. -- Martib 20:35, 6 November 2008 (EST)
Source - [1]. The question remains, have you guys learned your lesson about the effectiveness of trying to associate current politicians with people associated with events from 60 years ago, considering that he was finished with that by the time he was about 21, and he's been a pediatrician since? And what about the fact that this point runs pretty counter to the whole "Obama is a Muslim and will abandon Israel" campaign? Mikek 11:00, 7 November 2008 (EST)
Don't lump me in with the Obama's-a-muslim-who-hates-Isreal-and-pals-around-with-terrorists crowd. As for the article, I agree with you that the Irgun connection is irelevent. I'd leave the Irgun information out, despite the source you found. If someone wants to build an article on Dr. Emanuel or Irgun, put it there.--Martib 21:24, 7 November 2008 (EST)

supporter of Israel

Emanuel is the #1 supporter of Israel in the Obama Administration, and that puts him in the same corner with Conservapedia. So let's not ridicule our allies. RJJensen 20:02, 28 June 2009 (EDT)

Are we here to grind axes or push self serving agendas, or just report the facts? Rob Smith 20:59, 28 June 2009 (EDT)
we have a political agenda at Conservapedia, and misleading pictures with false caption hurt our readers. We have to realize, furthermore, that some people like Emanuel are our allies in foreign policy. The article handles the scandal in serious fashion.RJJensen 01:48, 29 June 2009 (EDT)
Misleading picture? false caption? Let's not begin by being the source of obvious disinformation. Rob Smith 16:04, 29 June 2009 (EDT)

"sublime" lending crisis?

I always thought it was the "sub-prime" lending crisis. --Dfrischknecht 15:45, 8 September 2010 (EDT)
