I'm a little concerned about the differences described in the article between drift and mutation. Surely drift requires mutation. Are they really distinct concepts? --Horace 00:33, 22 March 2007 (EDT)

If someone creates an entry called "Richard Nixon", then can someone else create an entry called "The Real Richard Nixon"?
