Talk:Unstoppable Global Warming

A link to a retail website? Is that really appropriate?--Frey 14:59, 28 April 2008 (EDT)
- Well, this is not Wikipedia. We don't have to hide links to the Internet's most popular book website. And thanks for the Little Ice Age links. I'm looking for information regarding the "globalness" of it (for want of a better word). You know: the pro-Kyoto crowd keeps saying the LIA was only in Europe or something and therefore that the Medieval Climate Optimum never happened, etc.
- I'd like to use science against ideology as much as possible. --Ed Poor Talk 15:12, 28 April 2008 (EDT)
- It does seem like advocates are backing off from that argument recently; at least I haven't seen it in a while. I do know that with more proxy evidence from all over the world, that's a much harder claim to make now. They'd do better by focusing on the causes of the MWP and the LIA.--Frey 15:33, 28 April 2008 (EDT)
