Activist Legislatures legislate from the legislature?

I have to say, isn't legislating the entire point of the legislature, making this comment a bit redundant and/or unnecessary? Also this statement is accusing 20 of the 25 members of the senate and 100 of the 149 members of the house of being "activist" legislatures. 2/3rds of the state legislature are activists ignoring their constituents desires? Please consider at least re-working the phrase to be less nonsensical. --AndrasK 09:27, 9 April 2009 (EDT)
