Almost Unarmed against Germany (In 1940)
Not really true as Britain had one of the largest navies in the world at that time, and a formidable airforce. I'll try and reword it to show it was the army that was pitifully inadequate, rather than the armed services as a whole--TruthOfChrist 14:28, 16 October 2008 (EDT)
