Format

- Used for articles where the facts are actually challenged - something extremely questionable but not overtly false.
- The template is slightly more advantageous than {{uncited}} for several reasons:
- It is less obtrusive while still having more active language
- It includes the article in two categories
- It has the equivalent to a second edit this page button
