Terry Everett

Robert Terry Everett, born February 15, 1937 (age 80), is a former Republican member of the House of Representatives, serving the second district of Alabama. He served from January 3, 1993, to January 3, 2009, when he retired.

He was succeeded by the Democratic mayor of Montgomery, Bobby Bright, who was then defeated after a single term by Republican Martha Roby.
