The bomb that fell on Pearl Harbor

In July 2008, Barack Hussein Obama displayed an apparent ignorance about American history[1] in a speech he made in West Lafeyette, Indiana:

Throughout our history, America's confronted constantly evolving danger, from the oppression of an empire, to the lawlessness of the frontier, from the bomb that fell on Pearl Harbor, to the threat of nuclear annihilation. Americans have adapted to the threats posed by an ever-changing world.

In the clip,[2] Obama can be seen repeatedly looking down at his podium - probably glancing at his notes. Just before saying "Pearl Harbor", he pauses.
