Toastmasters International [1] is a group dedicated to improving communication and leadership skills. The members attend club meetings where they practice their communication skills in a friendly, supportive atmosphere. They learn leadership skills by participating in several meeting roles and as club officers.

Educational Program
The Toastmasters educational program consists of two tracks - a communication track and a leadership track. Upon completion of both the communication track and the leadership track, the member is eligible for the Distinguished Toastmaster award.
The Communication Track consists of the following awards:
- Competent Communicator
- Advanced Communicator Bronze
- Advanced Communicator Silver
- Advanced Communicator Gold
The Leadership Track consists of the following awards:
