The Toronto Blue Jays are a Major League Baseball team located in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. In 1992 and 1993 the Blue Jays won the World Series marking the first time a non-American Team won the championship. The Blue Jays were founded in 1976 and became the only Non-American MLB Team after the Montreal Expos moved to Washington, DC and became the Washington Nationals in 2004. The Blue Jays play in the American League, East Division and have their home games at the Skydome which is now known as the Rogers Centre.
