United States v. O'Brien

In United States v. O'Brien, 391 U.S. 367, 382 (1968), during the Vietnam War, the U.S. Supreme Court held that the First Amendment does not protect as speech the burning of one's draft card. Instead, the Court found that to be conduct which could be prohibited by statute.
