I am a Liberal Canadian, who is outraged at the fictional articles and lack of scientific writing and evidence included on the Conservapedia articles. One could say I am Athiest, since I don't believe in any god or any religion, since they always seem to be the source of wars, hate, and various things the world could do without. However if someone can give me one tiny thread of physical scientific evidence that there is a god, I will look at the possibility of there being one, so in that sense I am partially Agnostic. That being said, I can almost guarantee nobody will be able to do so, so I will remain Athiest. The majority of my friends are either Athiest, Agnostic, or extremely unreligious, but I have Christian friends, and friends who are parts of other religions too who think this website is ridiculous. I have yet to find a single person who hasn't laughed when I told them about this website - that tells you something. As for my actual interests, I work as a website designer, a graphic designer, and a photographer, and I have other hobbies as well which include computer programming, photoshop, modifying cars, sailing, and various other things.

The sole reason I am on this website is for a laugh, since there's no possible way anyone can take all these ridiculous "articles" seriously, and there is no possibly way people can think this is even remotely unbiased, nevermind less biased than Wikipedia. Perhaps if something more than Creationist sources were being used, like maybe something actually scientific that is based on fact and not opinion, then this could become a useful source. But I highly doubt that will ever happen, since Wikipedia will always be much more reliable.

I also think it's absolutely ridiculous to dispute something as solid as Evolution because of your beliefs. If you want to believe that there is a god, you can go and do that, but to try and disprove Evolution because of creationist beliefs despite Evolution having evidence, and creationism having no evidence except an ancient piece of writing which has been translated and probably mis-interpretted many times, is just plain stupid. If I believe something, and then I am proved wrong, I generally start believing something else or modifying my beliefs. This is the 21st Century, go with the facts. Oh, and the title "Creationist Scientist" is a joke. You can't be a scientist, and somehow not realize that Creationism makes no sense. "Creationist Scientists" simply call themselves scientists so that they can attempt to prove that Creationism is possible, while seeming like a somewhat credible source to the few that believe them.

I am all for gay-marriage, since I have several homosexual and bisexual friends, they don't bite! Nothing to worry about! I am all for abortion - accidents happen, and once again, I know a friend who had this procedure done. It doesn't give breast cancer, it does however stop someone from potentially ruining their lives, and when done early enough, it is not ending a life at all. I am ALL FOR, and MORE, for stem cell research. Using cells from a non-living thing is not immoral correct? Well embryos are not living until they are 6 weeks old (I think the bible says this too, but I haven't read it, you tell me), so there is no reason what-so-ever to not use stem cells. We could be savings hundreds, thousands, tens of thousands of lives, but instead we cannot due to radical religion-fanatics who think that saving a single life (which by definition is not living yet, so I see no argument) is more important than saving thousands. Once again, this is the 21st Century, step out of the past and get with modern technology. Stem cell research does not promote cloning, and it cannot choose what a child will look like to create some Aryan race, it will help people. Period. And finally, I'm against the war in Iraq, and against Bush to the fullest extent. To think that out of all the Americans in the world, Bush is the BEST they could choose, is just scary. Dubbya is probably the single most stupid man to live in the world, and most definately the stupidest leader of a country. What do you get when you give a retarded monkey weapons? The war in Iraq. I know the war is justified by 9/11..but Iraq had nothing to do with that, Afghanistan did. They are most likely grouped together because they're both in the middle east, but they're different countries. Iraq apparently has weapons of mass destruction....which....have never been seen, and also apparently it's OK for America to have nukes, but no other country. And apparently everyone hated Saddam being their ruler...even though they protested when the Americans tried to "free" them. Let's face the facts, Iraq has oil, Bush wants the oil, Bush is attempting to take the oil. He was so determined to get this oil, he even went against the United Nations. If America was a smaller country, no doubt every other country would be forcing them to stop. The first election when Bush was voted in, his brother in Florida rigged the election, but I don't know how anyone could have possibly voted him in again, it's just ridiculous. I've seen rocks with higher IQ's.

Anyway, those are my views on controversial subjects. All of which are backed up by facts. This is my own user page, and these are my opinions, so don't get all mad that I'm biased. Yes, I am, but no more than this website. I am stating my opinions.

Now time to wait for Creationist Conservative Americans to vandalize...

Update: Alright...I give up. There is no way to fix this website anymore. Even if professionals attempted to fix it, it would still fail miserably due to the horribly inaccurate information and the "sources" that go with them, not to mention the corrupt and biased administrators. So I may be back for a debate about how stupid these articles are once in a while, but for now, I shall leave and just have an occasional laugh when remembering that the logo, for SOME reason, says "The Trustworthy Encyclopedia". That's just too funny! I'm in tears laughing at the irony of that statement right now. Well whatever, hopefully this dies a horrible horrible death in the corner of the internet where everyone points and laughs at how bad it is.
