Anduril ("Flame of the West") was reforged for Aragorn from the shards of Narsil.
Glamdring
Glamdring ("Foe-Hammer," called "Beater" by the Orcs) is the sword wielded by Gandalf. He obtained it in the trolls' cave in The Hobbit.
Guthwinë
Guthwinë ("Battle-friend") was the sword of Eomer.
Herugrim
Herugrim was the sword of Theoden.
Sting

Sting is a sword forged by the elves which Bilbo Baggins acquired in The Hobbit. He later passed the sword on to Frodo. The sword's blade glows blue when orcs are near.
Narsil
Narsil was the sword of Elendil. The blade was broken by Sauron during the battle of the Last Alliance. The sword was later reforged for Aragorn and renamed Anduril.
Orcrist
Orcrist ("Goblin-Cleaver," called "Biter" by the Orcs) was the sword of Thorin in The Hobbit. He acquired the weapon in the cave of the trolls.
