Contributions

Please contribute in a meaningful way to this project, and don't go around inserting simple-minded stubs or warnings. Thanks and Godspeed.--Aschlafly 18:41, 10 August 2007 (EDT)

If you don't know why something is asserted, then as a new user you should ask on the article talk page - or on the talk page of the user who made the assertion.
I can point you to a lot of documentary evidence about Cuba's substandard healthcare. I'm astonished that anyone would believe unsubstantiated claims that it was topnotch. It's not even average - except for the tiny bit that caters to wealthy foreigners or party elites.
If you want to contribute, help me collect the research. If you want to "challenge" us, try posting at Debate:Is Cuba's health care system as wonderful as liberals say it is? --Ed Poor Talk 20:39, 10 August 2007 (EDT)

Hi Iduan, :)

I'm checking in with you on your deleting of the cat:articles proposed for deletion from this article. By proposing it, I don't actually get to decide that it WILL be deleted. In this case, it just seems stubby and, even if fleshed out, kind of useless. By all means, make a case for it on the talk page, or flesh it out yourself.

As a courtesy, I didn't just "re-add" the category. If you're really keen to see the article stay, would you please find an appropriate category for it and add it to the article? No harm if you don't, I have no leverage. :) Aziraphale 20:39, 16 August 2007 (EDT)

Haha, no i'm fine with the article leaving - sorry bout that.--Iduan 09:11, 17 August 2007 (EDT)

Our Policy, our custom.....

Is not to ping-pong conversations. Perhaps I need to actually add that into something....;-) --şŷŝôρ-₮KṢρёаќǃ 21:33, 21 August 2007 (EDT)

Tables

Thanks for adding this. It's the clearest explanation I've seen of HTML table formatting anywhere on the web.

Our project is not only trustworthy, but is beginning to become comprehensive. --Ed Poor Talk 09:32, 23 August 2007 (EDT)

Poverty

I appreciate your comments at Talk:Main Page. Please join me in defining terms such as Poverty level or Poverty line. Do you have any idea who decides the "poverty level" in the U.S. and on what basis?

By my calculations, a family of 4 can live quite comfortably on $20,000 a year in New York City. If you sleep indoors every night and rarely miss a meal, are you "poor"? Who sets the living standards? --Ed Poor Talk 16:30, 29 August 2007 (EDT)

[[Talk::Communism]]

Try to avoid quarreling with Rob. You might consider throttling down to one comment per day. That will give him (and others) time to take in what you're saying.

Repeating yourself doesn't do any of us any good. One copy of your proposed intro was enough. --Ed Poor Talk 13:54, 30 August 2007 (EDT)

Date

(First of all... nice talk page!! Your talk page makes my talk page jealous.)

I noticed you had the year 2007 wikilinked on your userpage, would you mind unlinking that? It is official policy to not link any dates. Thanks. JazzMan 23:19, 30 August 2007 (EDT)
