A major online conservative christian newspaper.....

A major online conservative christian newspaper is very interested in regards to Conservapedia's atheism article and the reporter said she would very likely do a story on it. She said her readers are VERY interested in the subject of atheism and the story that we are promoting our article and that some major Christian internet ministries have started to feature our article is a good story. I am making the conservapedia atheism article the article of the month which I think fits in nicely with the Expelled controversy. I have sent Andy an email on this matter and I am awaiting an answer. Conservative 14:45, 1 May 2008 (EDT)

Eoinc 18:59, 7 May 2008 (EDT) == Non-painting as an example of a painting == I am still waiting for a reply on Talk:Painting. You reverted my removal of an installation artwork that was not a painting and had no visible connection to painting with the reasoning "He made a painting that day, it is enough to be an example." - which makes no sense to me. Please take the time to read my reply and either remove that non-painting or upload the painting in question. --JBrown 09:11, 12 May 2008 (EDT) :Thank you for your comments. As is natural my English is not good enough to make a perfect article; your help is consequently welcome. Just wait some time before changing as the article is in progress. Also please use a more polite talking as here in Mexico we are not use to work with those expressions. I specially do not tolerate it. About Christo, He in May 1983 made a painting, an unusual painting and a good example of this art. For me this end the discussion as I don't have time to talk to much. Try to be careful. --User:Joaquín Martínez, talk 09:24, 12 May 2008 (EDT) ::I prefer not to ping-pong discussions, so I copied your reply here. ::Some of your comments apparently referred to English Painting - I will not discuss these things here with you. If there is something you want to say (such as why you attributed a section to the wrong painter or copied from a Wikipedia mirror), you can do so on the talk page. I just fix inaccuracies as soon as I see them. ::It's possible that Christo made a painting, but I'm quite certain the artwork on the Painting page is not it. As such, I am going to remove the non-painting since its presence makes no sense on the Painting page. Once you upload Christo's painting, you can insert it, but just because an artist made a painting does not mean that all his works become paintings. --JBrown 09:37, 12 May 2008 (EDT) == 17,000 year claim == Joaquin, unfortunately I have to refine the claim of the very old date in the painting entry, as it is not verifiable and could well be yet another false claim originally attributable (unbeknownst to you) to atheists. See also all name references on their site for starters. --JBrown 15:06, 16 May 2008 (EDT) :::I have looked deeper into this, and you are technically wrong. From what I can see, nobody refers to him as "Christo Vladimirov Javacheff", and it's technically more desired to refer to the artist collaboration as "Christo and Jeanne-Claude". See also this page: :::Please reconsider my move request. --JBrown 16:14, 16 May 2008 (EDT) ::::Comments from an outsider (i.e. one not into art) ::::* We have no guidelines on how articles on people should be titled (official name, popular name, etc.). So there is no "right" answer to this. ::::* One reason for redirects is to allow for different titles that people might be looking for. At the very least, a redirect seems appropriate. ::::* If the article is intended to be about their collaborative work, then Christo and Jeanne-Claude seems appropriate. If the article is intended to be about Christo Vladimirov Javacheff himself, then that would seem to be the more appropriate title, and perhaps there should be a separate article on their collaborative work. :::: Philip J. Rayment 00:28, 17 May 2008 (EDT) :::::I think that Christo as a singular person (without his art project collaborations) is hardly noticeable beyond a stub mention. He is pretty much defined through the art he created in collaboration with his wife. And when you look at :Category:Artists, you will see that several artists are listed by the artist name and not the real name (Donatello, M. C. Escher, L S Lowry, Raphael for example. Also Prince and several others in the musician category). :::::If we seriously don't have a Manual of Style rule for this, then I would suggest this: :::::It's not waterproof, I guess, but it should be a start. It would also have the advantage of resulting in little work for us since most articles already conform to these standards, I'm willing to bet. :::::Maybe some sort of "Go with the most noticeable constellation, only make individual member articles if they are noticeable by themselves" amendment would help, but that's sort of in the common sense department, I think. --JBrown 08:22, 17 May 2008 (EDT) :::::: The place to propose this is on the Manual of Style talk page. Be warned, however, that it's often difficult to get enough opinions to form any sort of consensus. Philip J. Rayment 08:51, 17 May 2008 (EDT) :::::::I'll flesh it out and post it there later. And maybe we can come to a sort of derived consensus (implied consensus based on what most people do anyway). I'll look further into our articles to see what the current tendencies are. Thanks for the link! --JBrown 14:34, 17 May 2008 (EDT)
