To Revilo314:

I've seen some of your contributions.

You didn't answer my question on the Talk page of Theory of evolution. So now I have to ask straight-out: Are you genuine? Someone else on that Talk page has already speculated that you are engaging in parody of the creationist position.

Well, I am a young earth creationist. And I can tell you that no creationist would say that our giving names to the dinosaurs is per se evidence that humans coexisted with dinosaurs.

What exactly are your intentions? Right now, they are unclear.--TerryHTalk 09:30, 6 April 2007 (EDT)

The dinosaur entry was made by a colleague of mine. It has been taken down now. He was probably making fun of my beliefs, or trying to get me kicked off.

Yes, I saw that. Are you saying that someone logged in pretending to be you? If so, have you changed your password? I guard my password very tightly.
OK, so I'll assume that you are genuine, and not some "seminar editor." If I may suggest, tone it down a little. I for one see no harm in explaining the theory of evolution--so long as we also explain its weaknesses. Those weaknesses are profound, and I assume we both know that. So we oughtn't to be afraid of them.
And if there's anything else on that Talk page that isn't genuine, then--well, frankly, an administrator ought to know about it. You can report it to me--because I just became an administrator today.--TerryHTalk 12:03, 6 April 2007 (EDT)
My password isn't under threat, I just left my computer alone to answer a phone. I have just realised what is meant by genuine, and yes I most certainly am. However, I am a little unsure about the term 'Seminar editor'. Also, sorry for delays in responding to my talk.
