Andrew Mark Cuomo (born December 6, 1957, in Queens, New York) has been the Governor of New York since January 1, 2011. He was previously the Attorney General of New York, having been elected in 2006 with 58% of the vote, and before that he served as Secretary of Housing and Urban Development in the Clinton administration. His Lieutenant Governor is former Rochester mayor Robert Duffy. He is the son of former New York Governor Mario Cuomo.
