Baron Paul Hill (born June 23, 1953) is a U.S. Representative from Indiana's 9th congressional district and a Democrat. Elected in 2006, previously he represented the district from 1999 through 2005. Hill is a member of the House Blue Dog Coalition of fiscally conservative Democrats. However he voted for the 2009 economic stimulus package and for cap and trade.[1] Hill did however break with his party when voting against the omnibus budget.
