Drinking Liberally is a socialist and liberal "drinking club". Today there are many "chapters" of the club, which meet on a regular basis to discuss political strategy in an unregulated environment, including some affiliated with college campus organizations such as Young Democrats chapters. Jon Corzine and Ned Lamont were both known to regularly visit their local "chapters" of the organization.
It was started by activists in the neighborhood of Hell's Kitchen in New York City.
