A "Filial Correction" is a letter from the conservative "grassroots" of the Roman Catholic Church that purports to correct heresies or other theological mistakes propagated by the Pope.

On August 11, 2017, a 25-page Filial Correction signed by 40 Catholic devote laypersons and clergy was delivered to the Pope. Lacking a response, the supporters of this letter then made it public on September 24, 2017. The number of signatories has since grown to 62, as of September 27, 2017.
