Freddy Goes to Florida is a book written by Walter R. Brooks and the first in the Freddy the Pig series. It was originally published in 1927 and under the title To and Again.

Summary

The farm animals tired of the cold winter migrate south to Florida. Among the company is Freddy the Pig, Jinx the Cat, Mrs. Wiggins the Cow, and Charles the Rooster. They go through many adventures and avoid a few captures. They even get to meet the President of the United States! They end up in Florida where they enjoy peaceful days and an unpleasant experience with alligators. They return home rich from a treasure they found on their travels.[1]
