He is one of the most embarrassing German politicians ever and was forced by Angela Merkel to leave his position as Ministerpräsident of Baden-Württemberg and get a meaningless position in the EU. Oettinger left his state to be governed by the second most embarrassing German politician ever, Stefan "Fettsack" Mappus.
