HPV vaccine NJ
From Conservapedia
These are the pending HPV vaccine legislation in New Jersey (as of Feb. 19, 2007):
A. 3659: mandates insurance coverage of the HPV vaccine.
S. 2286: requires distributing information about HPV to parents and guardians; requires vaccination of seventh to 12th graders; proposes a public awareness campaign.
S. 2284: mandates insurance (incl. state) coverage of the HPV vaccine.
In the past, vaccine mandates have been imposed in NJ by administrative order by the public health council, thereby bypassing the legislature. The Hepatitis B and Chickenpox vaccines were mandated in this manner.
