Kish is the name of five men mentioned in the Bible.[1]

1. The son of Abiel a descendant of the tribe of Benjamin and father of Saul, king of Israel. 1 Samuel 9:1,3; 1 Samuel 10:11,21 etc. He is called "Cis" in Acts 13:21.

2. The son of Jehiel, a descendant of the tribe of Benjamin. 1 Chronicles 8:30 & 9:36. (Probably an uncle of #1.)

3. The son of Mahli and grandson of Merari. 1 Chronicles 23:21,22 & 24:29.

4. The son of Abdi, a descendant of Merari. 2 Chronicles 29:12.

5. An ancestor of Mordecai. Esther 2:5.
