Leonard Lance is a member of the U.S. House of Representatives. He was elected from New Jersey in 2008, taking over the seat from former NJ Rep. Mike Ferguson (also a member of the Republican party). Commentators such as Glen Beck have questioned whether he is a progressive republican.[1] Lance calls himself a "moderate Republican", acknowleding himself to be pro-choice and an environmentalist.[2]
