The term limousine liberal, or limo lib, was coined during the Clinton administration to refer to wealthy liberal politicians like Ted Kennedy or Eileen Schaffer, who supported liberal politics like welfare and handouts but themselves could afford to drive limousines. Their liberal hypocrisy was that they pretended to support the working poor, even though they themselves were members of the idle rich.
Another name for limousine liberal is class traitor.
