Seth Rich (1989-2016) an American hero who wanted to reform the system from within and paid the ultimate price.

The Obamagate timeline is a record of known facts about President Obama's misuse of foreign intelligence gathering for domestic political spying,[1] media manipulation, wiretaps, intimidation of journalists and critics, use of government intelligence agencies to influence domestic elections, subversion of the new administration's personnel and agenda,[2] efforts to thwart the election of President Donald Trump, and to delegitimize and undermine his presidency.

During and immediately after that the 2016 Presidential election CIA director John Brennan targeted Donald Trump. This covert disinformation campaign became widely known in the fake news mainstream media as Trump-Russia, alleging collusion between Trump and associates with Russia. The side that actually colluded with foreign powers was that of Hillary Clinton. Brennan’s goal was to retain his position as CIA director under Hillary Clinton against a challenger, Mike Morell. Brennan worked with British and Estonian intelligence services in order to sabotage the 2016 election in favor of Clinton. Brennan utilized manufactured and false intelligence reports from these foreign agencies to set up an American multi-agency counterintelligence investigation into Donald Trump. This led the FBI to conduct a search on a computer server connected to Trump Tower, giving Susan Rice and other Democrat operatives a shield in order to spy on Trump’s people. CIA acting under John Brennan leaked to the press that this investigation would be happening. Brennan hoped to cause as much political damage to Trump’s campaign and early administration as possible.

After President Donald Trump took office in January 2017, seditious activity and an unwillingness to accept the results of a democratic election by Obama holdovers in the US Intelligence Community came to light.

2016

January 2016

  • 4 January. John Podesta emails Facebook COO Sheryl Sandberg, "Look forward to working with you to elect the first woman President of the United States,” Sandberg replies she was “thrilled” by the progress that Clinton was making.[3]
  • 14 January. FBI inspector general notifies Senate that Hillary Clinton's servers had been flagged for classified information. Clinton servers are in New York; FBI Director James Comey runs case out of Washington office, Deputy Dir. Andrew McCabe put in charge. McCabe's wife received $675000 from Virginia Gov. Terry McAuliffe's political action committee for an unsuccessful state Senate bid in 2015.[4] McAuliffe. a former DNC chairman and Presidential campaign manager for Bill Clinton, and later Hillary Clinton in 2008, came under FBI investigation for illegal campaign donations from a Chinese businessman.[5][6] Despite evidence, McCabe refused to merge the McCauliffe investigation into the ongoing pay-to-play investigations of the Clinton Foundation.[7]

February

  • 11 February. DNC Chair Debbie Wasserman Schultz tells CNN Superdelegates exist "really to make sure that party leaders and elected officials don’t have to be in a position where they are running against grassroots activists.”[8] Later news breaks that Wasserman Schultz quietly rescinded a 2008 ban on donations to the DNC from corporate lobbyists and PACs. The decision paves the way for the Hillary Victory Fund, a joint fundraising committee between the DNC and the Clinton campaign.[9]
  • 13 February. Supreme Court Justice Anton Scalia found dead in Texas.[10]

April 2016

  • 10 April. Obama intervenes in an ongoing FBI criminal investigation when he publicly states that Hillary Clinton has shown “carelessness” in using a private e-mail server to handle classified information, but he insisted that she had not intended to endanger national security which is not an element of the criminal statutes relevant to her e-mail scandal. Obama acknowledged that classified information had been transmitted via Sec. Clinton’s server, but he suggested its importance was overstated.
  • 18 April.Wikileaks lawyer John Jones thrown in front of train in London. The death is ruled a suicide. Coroner's inquest later overturns ruling.[11]
  • 27 April. Trump delivers major foreign policy speech: “We desire to live peacefully and in friendship with Russia and China. We have serious differences with these two nations, and must regard them with open eyes, but we are not bound to be adversaries. We should seek common ground based on shared interests. Russia, for instance, has also seen the horror of Islamic terrorism. I believe an easing of tensions, and improved relations with Russia, from a position of strength only, is possible, absolutely possible. Common sense says this cycle, this horrible cycle of hostility must end and ideally will end soon. Good for both countries. Some say the Russians won’t be reasonable. I intend to find out. If we can’t make a deal under my administration, a deal that’s great — not good, great — for America, but also good for Russia, then we will quickly walk from the table. It’s as simple as that. We’re going to find out.”
  • Spring. CIA Dir. John Brennan receives information from British GCHQ intelligence as part of an allegedly "routine" intelligence sharing agreement about Trump associates' business dealings in Russia. The information is said to have originated with Estonian intelligence. Estonia is requesting a missile defence system at this time,[12] while Trump adviser Newt Gingrich refers to the country of 1.3 million inhabitants as a 'suburb of St. Petersberg', which has 5.3 million inhabitants. Gingrich, rumoured to be on the short list for Secretary of State, says he doubts American leaders would risk nuclear war over Putin's actions in the region.
  • FBI begins investigation into Paul Manafort's associations. This investigation leads to the wiretapping of at least three Trump associates, Paul Manafort, Carter Page, and Roger Stone.[13]

May 2016

  • 5 May. Imran Awan mentioned in DNC emails;[14] members of the Awan klan were paid $5 million through the Wasserman Schultz Superdelegate machine and would have scant motive as being the source of WikiLeaks.[15]
  • 11 May. Wikileaks lawyer Michael Ratner dead in New York.
  • 12 May. Prevezon Holdings settles with the U.S. government for $6 million in a Russia money-laundering suit. Natalie Veselnitskaya remains in US to lobby for repeal of Russian sanctions. She has overstayed her immigration parole status which was specially authorized by Loretta Lynch's office because the clients she represents are on the Russian sanctions list. Veselnitskaya begins working for FusionGPS to illegally lobby for repeal of sanctions (the Magnitsky Act). Neither Veselnitskaya nor FusionGPS register as Russian agents under the Foreign Agents Registration Act (FARA).
  • Susan Rice says there are "too many whites in top National Security positions."[16]
  • 21 May. WikiLeaks Director Gavin MacFadyen receives DNC email transfer from Seth Rich.
  • 22 May. DNC alerted to in-house breach
  • 25 May. Date of the last email in the Seth Rich/DNC Email Archive released by Wikileaks.

June 2016

Russian hacking claims relied entirely on a report by a private company the DNC hired called CrowdStrike of Irvine, CA. Crowdstrike was founded by Dimitry Alperovitch, a senior fellow at the Atlantic Council, a civilian conjunct of the NATO alliance, and is partially funded by Google which led a $100M 'Series C' investment round.[17]

Neither the FBI nor the Dept. of Homeland Security ever examined the DNC serves to determine if indeed they were hacked, or attempt to identify who the hacker might have been.

The mainstream media ran with the CrowdStrike version of a hack in an attempt to delegitimize Trump. Starting in June 2016 and continuing forward the DNC, Washington Post, New York Times, and other MSM outlets have been using CrowdStrike's allegations to stage a smear campaign against Donald Trump in an attempt to delegitimize the President while providing an excuse for Hillary Clinton's loss. From there followed claims that "Russia hacked the U.S. elections."

  • Early June. Clinton donors hires FusionGPS, the group that issued a rebuttal to accusations Planned Parenthood was harvesting body-parts;[18] FusionGPS hires Christopher Steele who authors the Steele dossier.[19]
  • 9 June. Rinat Akhmetshin[20] and Natalia Veselnitskaya,[21] working for FusionGPS and Ike Kaveladze[22] meet with Donald Trump Jr. and Jared Kushner.[23]
  • 12 June. Julian Assange tells UK TV of more Clinton leaks to come.[24]
  • 14 June. Washington Post puts out sensational fake news story of Russian hacking the DNC. CrowdStrike is reported as discovering the hack, but the hack has never been independently verified by the FBI or any other independent firm or government agency. CrowdStrike,[25] under contract to the DNC, is assisting the DNC to brace for embarrassing Wikileaks revelations of the document dumps procured by DNC whistleblower Seth Rich by blaming Russian hackers.[26][27][28]
  • DNC alleges Trump Opposition Research stolen in hack.[29]
  • 15 June. Someone purporting to be Guccifer2.0 claims responsibility for DNC hack and claims to be a source for Wikileaks. The first 5 documents he posts are purposefully tainted with 'Russian Fingerprints' and the first of those documents just so happens to be the Trump Opposition Research the DNC announce on the previous day.
Obama and one of his reliable henchmen, David Plouffe. Plouffe was urging action against Donald Trump even before Trump was nominated.
  • 16 June. Obama operative David Plouffe declares war on Trump and the Trump movement. He tweets: "It is not enough to simply beat Trump. He must be destroyed thoroughly. His kind must not rise again."
  • 22 June. Wikileaks publishes leaked documents that the DNC rigged the nomination for Hillary Clinton and obstructed Bernie Sanders campaign.[30] Sanders supporters vow lawsuits.
  • 27 June. Bill Clinton meets Attn. Gen. Loretta Lynch in a face-to-face meeting on board her plane at an airport hanger in Phoenix, an environment that eliminated a paper trail and avoid NSA metadata collection. It is said Lynch authorized the Justice Dept. to proceed with a FISA warrant application after this meeting.[31]
  • 29 June. Justice Dept. and FBI begin efforts to kill the story about the Bill Clinton/Loretta Lynch tarmac meeting and Lynch's conflict of interest with regard to making a decision to prosecute Hillary Clinton for mishandling classified information.[32][33][34]
  • Late June. Obama Justice Dept. seeks FISA warrant to eavesdrop on Donald Trump and associates. FISA court denies request. Ordinary procedures call for the Justice Department to ask a FISA Court for a warrant. It is improbable that Attorney General Loretta Lynch acted on her own against a presidential nominee of another party without consulting President Obama.[35]

July 2016

  • 1 July. Shawn Lucas serves papers on DNC for lawsuit on behalf of Bernie Sanders supporters alleging election fraud.[36]
  • 2 July. Obama donor and "career" employee Dept. of Justice Chief of Counterintelligence David Laufman conducts long delayed personal interview with Hillary Clinton in email investigation. White House and Justice Department claim that the investigators are independent and nonpartisan.[37]
  • John Ashe, former President of the UN General Assembly, crushes his own throat days before slated to testify against Hillary Clinton in a corruption trial.[38]
  • 5 July. FBI Director James Comey stated that Secretary Clinton and staff were “extremely careless in their handling of very sensitive, highly classified information," and "there is evidence of potential violations of the statutes regarding the handling of classified information…There is evidence to support a conclusion that any reasonable person in Secretary Clinton’s position, or in the position of those with whom she was corresponding about the matters, should have known that an unclassified system was no place for that conversation." Comey referred the matter to the Justice Dept. for a prosecutorial decision. In the absence of prosecution, security or administrative sanctions are the norm.[39] Comey's decision to by-pass DoJ rules and take matters into his own hands may have been part of a counterintelligence ooeration.[40]
  • 7 July. Businessman and former campaign associate Carter Page delivers graduation commencement speech at Moscow's New Economic School. President Obama addressed graduates of the same institution in 2009.[41] Page has no role in the campaign nor has ever met or briefed Trump. Nonetheless, Obama agents obtain a FISA warrant to monitor Page, convincing a judge there’s probable cause to believe Page is a Russian agent based on the speech which is critical of Obama's policy toward Russia. Surveillance of Page allows government officials to “incidentally” collect communications of the Trump campaign if they communicate with Page.[42]
  • 8 July. House Select Committee on Beghazi votes on final version of report. Report finds "Susan Rice’s comments on the Sunday talk shows were met with shock and disbelief by State Department employees in Washington. The Senior Libya Desk Officer, Bureau of Near Eastern Affairs, State Department, wrote: “I think Rice was off the reservation on this one.” The Deputy Director, Office of Press and Public Diplomacy, Bureau of Near Eastern Affairs, State Department, responded: “Off the reservation on five networks!” The Senior Advisor for Strategic Communications, Bureau of Near East Affairs, State Department, wrote: “WH [White House] very worried about the politics. This was all their doing.” [pg. 132][43]

  • 5:57 EDT. Seth pronounced dead by unknown physician at unknown hospital.
  • Seymour Hersh states the FBI file says a .22 caliber pistol was used.
  • Seth Rich was not the source of Guccifer 2.0 materials. Rich was an inside DNC whistleblower who transferred information to Wikileaks; Guccifer 2.0 was a Clinton campaign false flag operation to discredit Wikileaks and establish a fake news cover story of Russian hacking.
  • Clinton operatives hope to cover the DNC whistleblower breach with a fake news story about Russia hacking DNC computers.
  • 13 July. Florida Sanders supporters file suit alleging DNC’s favoritism of Hillary Clinton over Bernie Sanders amounted to fraud, misrepresentation, unjust enrichment, breach of fiduciary duty, and negligence.[44]
  • 14 July. FBI investigation of Seth Rich's computer discover copies of 44,053 emails and 17,761 attachments between Democratic National Committee leaders, spanning from January 2015 through late May 2016, were transferred from Rich to Gavin MacFadyen of WikiLeaks.
  • DC homicide investigators told to stand down.
  • 15 July. Human Rights Accountability Global Initiative Foundation and others file formal complaint with the US Justice Department against FusionGPS alleging that Fusion GPS was working as a lobbyist for Russian interests and failed to register under the Foreign Agents Registration Act (FARA) and the Lobbying Disclosure Act of 1995.[45] The Obama administration ignores complaint.
  • 22 July. WikiLeaks publishes documents received from Seth Rich and 20,000 emails (sent/received,) between Jan. 2015 and May 2016 showing the collaboration of the DNC to rig the nomination process for Hillary Clinton and defeat the Sanders movement.[46]

  • FBI arrests Chinese businessman in NY wanted in connection with $1.2 million illegal campaign donations in the Chinagate scandal.[50]
  • July. Christopher Steele and Glenn Simpson (FusionGPS) continue working for a liberal superPAC. Later reporting alludes to FusionGPS being paid by the FBI to spy on Trump. FusionGPS produces the Steele dossier, impugning Donald Trump as sn agent of Russia. Meanwhile, the Obama Justice Dept. has not acted on the formal complaint that FusionGPS itself may be an unregistered Russian agent.

August 2016

Shawn Lucas at the DNC, from the viral video of Lucas serving papers in the election fraud lawsuit. DNC attorney's argued the papers were not properly served, and when Lucas was found dead, effectively delayed a hearing until after the November election.

  • 16 September. CNN reports CIA Dir. John Brennan voted for the presidential candidate of the Communist party - an organization dedicated to the violent overthrow of the United States government[53] - in the immediate aftermath of the Vietnam war before he joined CIA.[54]
  • 21 September. Daily Mail publishes interview with 15 year old and her father alleging she had an online sexual relationship with Anthony Weiner beginning 23 January 2016. FBI New York Field office, led by Preet Bhahara, issues Weiner subpoena for his electronic devices shortly after.
  • 22 September. In motion to dismiss class action lawsuit brought by Sanders supporters, DNC lawyers argue plaintiffs knew that the DNC was biased toward Clinton over Sanders when they donated, so therefore how could they have been duped if they already knew.[55]
  • 26 September. Obama administration files mandatory quarterly compliance report with FISA court with key omissions.
  • 28 September. FBI Dir. James Comey perjurors himself before the House Governmental Affairs Oversight Committee. In response to a question from Rep. Ratcliffe, Comey testified his decision not to recommend prosecution of Hillary Clinton came after her 2 July interview with the FBI. Subsequent internal FBI documents reveal Comey decided against recommending prosecution more than six weeks earlier, while the investigation was still in progress.[56]

Mr. RATCLIFFE. ...If there was ever any possibility that something Hillary Clinton might have said on July 2 could have possibly resulted in criminal charges that might possibly have resulted in a trial against her relating to this classified information, well, then, to use your words, Director, I don’t think that there is any reasonable prosecutor out there who would have allowed two immunized witnesses central to the prosecution proving the case against her to sit in the room with the interview, the FBI interview, of the subject of that investigation.

And if I heard you earlier today, in your long career, I heard you say that you have never had that circumstance. Is that—did I hear you correctly?

Mr. COMEY. That is correct, but——

Mr. RATCLIFFE. Okay. And I never have either, and I have never met a prosecutor that has ever had that.

So, to me, the only way that an interview takes place with the two central witnesses and the subject of the investigation is if the decision has already been made that all three people in that room are not going to be charged.

Mr. COMEY. Can I respond?

Mr. RATCLIFFE. Yes. Please.

Mr. COMEY. I know in our political lives sometimes people casually accuse each other of being dishonest, but if colleagues of ours believe I am lying about when I made this decision, please urge them to contact me privately so we can have a conversation about this.

All I can do is to tell you again, the decision was made after that, because I didn’t know what was going to happen in that interview...[57]

October 2016

  • 3 October. Story breaks of Hillary Clinton's suggestion to murder Julian Assange.[58]
  • 5 October. Obama Justice Dept. abruptly drops charges against arms dealer which would have led to open disclosure of Hillary Clinton's role in arming the Islamic State.[59]
  • 7 October. WikiLeaks dumps a trove of emails from Clinton campaign chairman John Podesta’s personal email account. The emails inspire the Pizzagate conspiracy theory.[60]
  • 11 October. Hillary email to campaign manager John Podesta leaked that acknowledges Saudi Arabia and Qatar are “providing clandestine financial and logistic support to ISIL.”[61]
  • 15 October. Obama administration rewrites a narrower request to FISA court dropping Trump's name and citing only the Russian banks as direct targets.[62] While the BBC report suggests that the surveillance was meant to ferret out “transfers of money,” the Mensch article asserts that a “warrant was granted to look at the full content of emails and other related documents that may concern US persons.” FISA court approves request.
  • 18 October. Assange internet access cutoff by embassy.[63]
  • 22 October. Wikileaks cofounder and Seth Rich contact Gavin MacFadyen dead "after a short illness."[64]
"Computer scientists" is a code word for government surveillors. How did Hillary get information gathered by a FISA warrant issued two weeks earlier, clearly used here for domestic political purposes? Ironically, the New York Times reported the FBI gave Trump a clean bill of health the same day.
  • 26 October. In a closed door hearing before the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Court, Obama administration lawyers disclose that the National Security Agency routinely violated American privacy protections for the past five years while scouring through overseas intercepts. More than 5 percent, or one out of every 20 searches seeking upstream Internet data on Americans inside the NSA’s so-called Section 702 database violated the safeguards Obama and his intelligence chiefs vowed to follow in 2011.[65]
  • Evelyn Farkas tells Warsaw Security Forum "if Donald Trump were elected I believe he would be impeached pretty quickly or somebody else would have to take over government. And I am not even joking."[66] Farkas, who left government in Sept. 2015, later admitted to being the recipient of intelligence information on Donald Trump in the summer of 2016: "last summer I was getting winks and hints from inside that there was something really wrong here." At the forum Farkas discussed the rise of Trump from a purely domestic, partisan, political perspective and urged something must be done to counter the forces of nationalism and populism.[67]
  • 28 October. Dir. Comey reopens email investigation based on 600,000 classified State Department emails found on Anthony Weiner's computer. Attn. Gen. Loretta Lynch opposes notifying Congress, but aides persuade her firing Comey for doing so would put Lynch in the midst of a firestorm.[68] Comey's hand reluctantly was forced by agents who brought him the Clinton material off Weiner's laptop this late in the game.
  • Lynch pleads 5th Amendment in probe of Obama administration illegal secret payment to Iran in random deal.[69]
  • Clinton's lead in the polls begin to erode forcing her into the desperate measure of leaking classified information about Trump Tower on the same day the FBI issues Trump a clean bill of health, leading to conflicting reports.
  • 31 October. Hillary Clinton leaks classified information from Obama's domestic spying when she tweets about a webserver in Trump Tower and a Russian bank, "computer scientists" being a code word to mask her source.[70] The information was gathered under authority granted by the Oct. 15 FISA warrant, and "computer scientists" is used to mask the US intelligence community as the source.[71] Some speculate the server was hacked by the CIA with malware in order to obtain a FISA warrant.[72] Either way, neither the FBI nor the chief spokesman for the intelligence community, Dir. Clapper, ever found evidence to impugn Trump or any associates. Trump Tower is a mixed use skyscraper in which thousands of people rotate in and out regularly.
  • New York Times publishes a story with the headline, Investigating Donald Trump, F.B.I. Sees No Clear Link To Russia;[73]
  • First hint of the Steele dossier appears in print. DNC operative David Corn of Mother Jones magazine reports Steele’s allegations under the headline,[74] A Veteran Spy Has Given the FBI Information Alleging a Russian Operation to Cultivate Donald Trump: Has the bureau investigated this material?. Comey's surprise letter to Congress has thrown the Clinton campaign into a tailspin and contingencies are now operational: allegations of collusion between Trump and Russia.
  • Senate Democratic Leader Harry Reid files complaint with FBI against Dir. Comey alleging misconduct as does former George W. Bush White House counsel Richard Painter files complaint with the Government Ethics Office alleging Hatch Act violations.[75]
  • October. Jared Kushner’s real estate company finalizes a $285 million loan with Deutsche Bank as part of a refinancing package for its property near Times Square. In total, the refinancing deal reportedly results in Kushner’s company receiving $74 million more than it had paid for the property in 2015, when Kushner had negotiated the purchase with Lev Leviev, an Uzbek-born Israeli citizen who is one of the world’s wealthiest men. Deutsche Bank was negotiating to settle New York state regulators’ charges that it had aided a possible Russian money-laundering scheme. Eventually, the state cases were settled in December and January.
  • FBI offers to pay Christopher Steele for work on the Steele dossier.

November 2016

  • 1 November. Kim Dotcom says more Clinon emails to be released and; Hillary Clinton is in "serious trouble."[76]
  • Former Clinton Administration-era FBI Assistant Director James Kallstrom says in radio interview the Clinton's are a crime family, the Clinton Foundation is a cesspool of corruption, Attn. Gen. Loretta Lynch impeded the email investigation by empaneling a grand jury, and that Dir. James Comey and the top leadership held back the investigation.[77]
  • 3 November. International Business Times reports child victim of Anthoney Weiner writes to Dir. Comey accusing Comey of outing her identity to reporters and victimizing her again.[78]
  • 7 November. • 17 November. NSA Director Mike Rogers makes unannounced trip to Trump Tower to meet with President-elect Trump without notifying the White House.[80] Congress renews calls for perjury charges against ODNI boss James Clapper.[81]
  • United States votes against Russian sponsored resolution condemning entitled "Combating glorification of Nazism, Neo-Nazism and other practices that contribute to fueling contemporary forms of racism, racial discrimination, xenophobia and related intolerance," in support of Obama administration Neo-Nazi allies in the Ukrainian government.[82]
  • 19 November. Washington Post reports Defense Secretary Ashton Carter and DNI James Clapper recommend to the White House NSA chief Rogers be fired. Rogers traveled to New York to meet with President-elect Trump days earlier at Trump Tower. "That caused consternation at senior levels of the administration, according to officials."[83]
  • 22 November. Hillary's "computer scientists" urge election recount.[84]

December 2016

Hillary made an early accommodation with the IC, in exchange for promises of future appointments and promotions of certain careerists inside the IC, she was given a free pass. The same deal is being offered to Donald Trump. By "walking back" negative statements Trump made about the IC, in particular the CIA, and "going along" with congressional investigations into Russian collusion which ultimately would end in a whitewash, Trump could gain cooperation in deal making for career employees and appointments. If not, hearing Trump's promise to drain the swamp, the Intelligence Community is "going to war."

With the creation of ISIS, the Obama White House and Intelligence Community had much to hide. The Benghazi massacre derailed their plans; rather than a quick overthrow of Assad it led to Russian involvement and a continuing war of attrition. Anyone involved in fomenting the atrocity which is the Syrian war, the crimes against peace and crimes against humanity, felt vulnerable.

  • 4 December. New Zealand Prime Minister resigns after getting caught giving $13.7 million in taxpayer money to the Clinton Foundation.[85]
Brennan. Brennan managed Obama's 'kill list' and created a false narrative of 'warrantless wiretaps' to mask information coming to him from the CIA's torture program, which he oversaw. When investigated, he hacked into the investigators' computers. The Guardian says over 1100 were killed targeting 41 individuals on the kill list.[86] He also oversaw stomping out negative press reporting of the Obama administration by harassing journalists. Brennan authored a fake memo which was widely circulated with unmasked names in the closing days of the Obama administration alleging President-elect Trump was a KGB agent and Putin-stooge. Leftist violence and attacks on Trump supporters were widespread. On Jan. 12 a Tweet came from an NSA insider, "Their taking traitor Trump out now."
  • 10 December. IC goon John Schindler issues series of threats and ultimatums in open source medium (SOCMINT or Social Media Intelligence, part of a 5th "domain of war") after the FBI established that DNC emails published by Wikileaks originated with Seth Rich, and not Russian hackers. Schindler maintains the official talking points of "for years" "the Kremlin is behind Wikileaks," the quick way to deny the veracity of anything, including future leaks.[87]
*ATTN @realDonaldTrump: going to war with the IC is a truly colossally stupid thing to do, per this tweetstorm [ link to CNN article[88] ] /1 5:47 AM - 10 Dec 2016
*I've been telling you for years—esp last few months—that the Kremlin is behind Wikileaks. Now the IC is saying so openly. Big deal. /2 5:48 AM - 10 Dec 2016
*IC has hard proof at TS+ level that Moscow used Wikileaks to hurt Hillary and help Trump in 2016. These are facts that will not go away.
[Ed. note: IC = Intelligence Community. TS+ = Top-Secret Plus.] /3 5:49 AM - 10 Dec 2016
*The investigation demanded by Congress will reveal what we already know—that Putin wanted US political chaos & if possible a Trump win /4 5:50 AM - 10 Dec 2016
*Team Trump now has to decide to go along with the investigation of Russian interference or fight it; seems they have chosen the latter. /5 5:50 AM - 10 Dec 2016
*Publicly attacking the IC as Trump has just done will end very badly for Don. Remember what happened when Hillary attacked the spooks? /5 5:51 AM - 10 Dec 2016
*Have you really forgotten about #EmailGate already, @realDonaldTrump? Mocking the IC in public will result in big things you won't like. /6 5:52 AM - 10 Dec 2016
*The IC dislikes you intensely and they hate Flynn. The spooks have much more on you than they had on Hillary. This is a #YUGE mistake. /7 5:53 AM - 10 Dec 2016
*Only way Trump can make the issue of Russian interference worse is by impugning American intelligence. Which Don just did. Get popcorn /8 5:54 AM - 10 Dec 2016
*IC knows the full picture of what happened this year. They're not happy with you, @realDonaldTrump. You have the weekend to walk it back. /9 5:55 AM - 10 Dec 2016
*If Don won't walk back his foolish attack on the IC, watch for leaked terms like KGB, FSB, SVR, kompromat, Mogilevich, Organizatsiya... /10 6:00 AM - 10 Dec 2016
  • 15 December. DNI Clapper signs off on NSA directive for new rules of circulating raw wiretapping evidence; needs Attn. Gen. Loretta Lynch's signature to take effect.
  • 29 December. Obama announced sanctions against Russia as retribution for alleged hacking activities. From this date until Trump’s inauguration January 20, the White House aggressively pumps into the media two streams of information: one about Russian hacking; the other about Trump’s Russia connection. The two streams are merged into one in the hands of sympathetic reporters.
  • 30 December. CrowdStrike claim of Russian hacking, reiterated by the Obama White House, debunked.[89]
  • Washington Post falsely reports on a Russian effort to penetrate the electrical grid by hacking into a Vermont utility. The story offers a senior administration official speculating on Russian motives. The infrastructure hack is reported to be part of a broader hacking campaign that includes election hacking. The story then moves to Trump: “He…has spoken highly of Russian President Vladimir Putin, despite President Obama’s suggestion that the approval for hacking came from the highest levels of the Kremlin.”[90] The story is repeated by news organizations throughout America. Only later the Washington Post retracts it regarding how far the Russian compromised computers.

2017

January 2017

The Guardian further stated unconfirmed reports claim a warrant was obtained in October.[101]

Langley's 7th floor is a reference to CIA headquarters. The 20 Committee originated with British counter-intelligence during World War II, known as the XX Committee, or Double Cross Committee. It used the "Double Cross system" of compromising foreign agents and getting them to feed false information back home (hence the objective of a counter-intelligence investigation is not to make arrests or bring indictments). Participation by Americans today represents joint American-British counter-intelligence against a common enemy throughout the Cold War all the way back to Hitler. Trump is viewed as a threat to the NATO alliance for demanding NATO allies shoulder their share of the cost burden.

McAuliffe simultaneously with Clinton was under FBI investigation for pay-to-play schemes involving a Chinese businessman.[107] McAuliffe ran Bill Clinton's 1996 presidential campaign which was marred by a foreign influence peddling scheme known as Chinagate. The New York Times ran a fake news headline as Trump arrived in Washington to be inaugurated. The illegally procured wiretap data was based on opposition research materials paid for by Clintonites and the FBI, slandering Trump and associates. It had the effect of suppressing Trump approval ratings to record lows his first 100 days and derailing Trump appointments and legislative agenda. Media manipulation for political purposes by the Obama intelligence community violates US law.

Despite verbose allegations of "Russian hacking," the DNC never allowed the FBI to examine its servers to determine if indeed the DNC had been hacked, or did the leaks come from an inside source.[123] The suspects may have been involved in a leak of information that lead to the ambush and death of Navy SEAL William Ryan Owen.[124] Furthermore, because the suspects were Muslim,[125] their activities were covered up and they were not fired til after the death of Owen. Even then, they were initially relieved of duties without their names being released, two weeks later fired,[126] and three weeks after that in a series of press leaks identified as prime suspects in what the media called the "Russian hacking" scandal.

  • 9 February. New York Times reports fake news narrative "Flynn is Said to Have Talked to Russians About Sanctions Before Trump Took Office,"[129] based upon material gathered by the FISA court warrant.
National Security Advisor Gen. Mike Flynn, Rice's successor. Flynn was fired from the Obama administration because he saw the jihadis as an enemy rather than Russia. Trump brought him back. Flynn's civil rights were violated by Obama's spy apparatus and was an early victim of Obama's efforts to sabotage Donald Trump. With Flynn's resignation went hopes for a raprochament with Russia. An arms race or hot war with Russia, Iran, and North Korea is now a possibility, unless President Trump can "drain the swamp" of Obama holdovers among the 15,000 strong national security establishment and Intelligence Community (IC).
  • 11 February. National Security aide to National Security Advisor Michael Flynn is denied a security clearance, in effect, the CIA exercising veto power over the President's management of national security affairs. The action was unprecedented and without cause. Reports say the CIA did not like the aide's attitude toward the agency.[130] “They believe this is a hit job from inside the CIA on Flynn and the people close to him," because the aide "believes that the CIA doesn’t run the world.”[131]
  • 13 February. Flynn resigns. Consortiumnews reports, "Flynn’s real “offense” appears to be that he favors détente with Russia rather than escalation of a new and dangerous Cold War. Trump’s idea of a rapprochement with Moscow – and a search for areas of cooperation and compromise – has been driving Official Washington’s foreign policy establishment crazy for months and the neocons, in particular, have been determined to block it."[133]
  • 14 February. It was a very, very confidential, classified call... I spoke to the president of Mexico; I had a good call. All of a sudden, it's out there for the world to see. It's supposed to be secret. It's supposed to be either confidential or classified, in that case. Same thing with Australia. All of a sudden, people are finding out exactly what took place [in a presidential Oval Office phone call]. The same thing happened with respect to General Flynn. Everybody saw this. And I'm saying -- the first thing I thought of when I heard about it is: How does the press get this information that's classified? How do they do it? You know why? Because it's an illegal process and the press should be ashamed of themselves. But more importantly, the people that gave out the information to the press should be ashamed of themselves, really ashamed."[136]
  • Glenn Greenwald says on Democracy Now!, "to urge that the CIA and the intelligence community empower itself to undermine the elected branches of government is insanity. That is a prescription for destroying democracy overnight in the name of saving it. • 21 February. John McCain suspected of having access to the content of President Trump’s private, classified telephone calls with world leaders. Analysis of McCain’s public statements by White House officials believe the senator has inside knowledge of a number of President Trump’s telephone conversations. Officials believe McCain is sharing this sensitive information with colleagues and mainstream media journalists in a clandestine campaign to damage Trump’s presidency before it has a chance to succeed.[143] McCain, like John Brennan, was deeply involved in weapons transfers to jihadis who formed the Islamic State.

Because I had a fear that somehow that information would disappear with the senior people who left. So, it would be hidden away in the bureacracy, that the Trump folks, if they found out how we knew what we knew about their -- the staff, the Trump staff's dealing with Russians, that they would try to compromise those sources and methods... So I became very worried because not enough was coming out into the open and I knew that there was more."[149] Farkas was not employed by the Obama administration at the time the Russian allegations arose. According to Pentagon records, Farkas resigned in September 2015.
  • While serving a senior foreign policy advisor for Presidential candidate Hillary Clinton, both Farkas and Clinton still held security clearances outside government.[150]
  • Farkas' use of "people on the hill" refers to Congressional staff which numbers into the tens of thousands, some of which have press contacts and are the source of leaks. McCabe is currently under investigation by the Department of Justice Office of the Inspector General to examine whether the political and financial connections between his wife’s Democratic political campaign and Clinton associates warranted his recusal in the FBI’s Clinton email investigation. While McCabe recused himself from public corruption cases in Virginia—presumably including the reportedly ongoing investigation of McAuliffe regarding illegal campaign contributions—he failed to recuse himself from the Clinton email investigation, despite the appearance of a conflict of interest created by his wife’s campaign accepting $700,000 from a close Clinton associate during the email investigation. The fact is that McCabe participated in the controversial, high-profile Clinton investigation even though his wife took money from McAuliffe. FBI’s senior leadership should never have allowed that appearance of a conflict to undermine the Bureau’s important work. The Senate Committee wises to know if McCabe was involved in approving or establishing the FBI’s reported arrangement with Christopher Steele, or if McCabe vouched for or otherwise relied on the politically-funded dossier in the course of the investigation. Simply put, the American people should know if the FBI’s second-in-command relied on Democrat-funded opposition research to justify an investigation of the Republican presidential campaign.[206]
  • Constitutional lawyer, retired Chief of staff of the US Attorney General, and President of the Landmark Legal Foundation Mark Levin calles for the recusal of House Intelligence Committee ranking Democrat Adam Schiff[207] "given the fact that he was such an avid supporter of Hillary Clinton for President of the United States. Given the fact that he was a cover up artist during the Benghazi operation, given the fact that he’s demonstrated his unwillingness to be bi-partisan by his calls for Jeff Sessions to step aside. …Adam Schiff has shown himself to be a radical leftist partisan hack, who cannot be trusted in an independent investigation of any sort on the intelligence committee."
  • State Dept. employee hired by Clinton administration during Chinagate scandal arrested for accepting bribes and gifts from Chinese intelligence.[208]
  • 30 March. Farkas questioned on CNBC: "you actually said that “I knew that there was more. I became very worried because not enough was coming out into the open, and I knew that there was more.” And then, you actually said that that’s why you have all the leaking, to make sure we get it out. I mean, people are accusing you, Evelyn, of admitting that was surveillance, admitting that there was unmasking, and urging people, or, at least, saying that intelligence leaking, which could be a felony, is the way that it should get out. And you weren’t even part of the government at that point."[209]
  • Sen. Grassley asks of the State Department the status of security clearances for Hillary Clinton and 6 of her "research assistance" involved in mishandling classified materials, and any steps the department is taking to review whether the clearances should be suspended or revoked. “Any other government workers who engaged in such serious offenses would, at a minimum, have their clearances suspended pending an investigation. The failure to do so has given the public the impression that Secretary Clinton and her associates received special treatment,” Grassley wrote. Following FBI’s investigation into Clinton’s email server, Dir. Comey noted that “there is evidence of potential violations of the statutes regarding the handling of classified information,” and that individuals who are careless with such material are “often subject to security or administrative sanctions.” The Obama State Dept. previously told Grassley’s office that it would wait until after the FBI concluded its investigation before determining whether those involved should face consequences for mishandling sensitive material. While the investigation has been over for months, it remains unclear whether any such review has taken place. Sen. Grassley sent two letters inquiring about such a review (August 24, 2015, May 19, 2016) to John Kerry and both were ignored.[210] The question remains unanswered - whether Hillary Clinton and her 6 staffers still hold security clearances more than 4 years later - longer than the amount of time she served in office.[211]
  • 31 March. Senate Judiciary Committee Chairman Grassley inquired of the Justice Dept. about a complaint filed in July 2016 alleging FusionGPS, authors of the Steele dossier, acting as an unregistered agent of Russia in a lobbying campaign to rewrite and overturn the Magnitsky Act, a law named for a whistleblower who was allegedly murdered while in custody in Russia. The law imputed sanctions against certain Russian officials. Grassley wrote that when FusionGPS reportedly was acting as an unregistered agent of Russian interests, it simultaneously was creating the Steele dossier of unsubstantiated allegations of conspiracy between the Trump campaign and the Russians. The Obama Justice Dept. had done nothing since July 2016 to respond to the complaint of FusionGPS' violation of the Foreign Agents Registration Act (FARA).
  • The committee is also seeking to determine the extent to which the FBI relied on the Steele dossier in its investigation. Chairman Grassley has requested documentation from Fusion GPS as to who hired and paid them, when Steele was hired, how the FBI got involved and whether Fusion GPS was aware of the FBI paying Steele.[212][213] Fox News reports both a Senate and House committee are investigating the FBI for leaks and civil rights violations.[214] Adam Housley reports "The person who did the unmasking is "very well known, very high up, very senior, in the intelligence world & is not in the FBI,"[215] and that "unmasking the names and then spreading the names was for political purposes that have nothing to do with national security."[216][217]

April 2017

  • 1 April. President Trump calls for investigation into the Clinton's.
National Security Advisor Susan Rice, Sept. 16, 2012. Rice blatantly misled the American people while an American outpost was under terrorist attack.
  • 2 April. Susan Rice identified as unmasking incoming Trump administration officials. Rice worked at the elbow of President Obama. As National Security Advisor to Obama, she unmasked the identity of Trump National Security Advisor Michael Flynn which was leaked to the press. The action caused harm to US national security, and is a felonious criminal act.[218][219] Questions remain if and why Rice would have violated the law on her own without President Obama's approval. Rice was denied the position of Secretary of State by the Democratic Senate in 2013 to succeed Hillary Clinton because of lying and deception about the Benghazi Massacre. Nevertheless, Obama kept her at his side in the White House as head of the National Security Council staff. It was to examine White House logs on the handling of classified information why Chairman Nunes made several trips to the White House that confirmed Susan Rice behind efforts to smear Trump and officials in a supposed foreign intelligence gathering operation.
  • 4 April. Susan Rice begins backpeddling early denials.[220] Rice tells Andrea Mitchell that Obama "requested the compilation of the intelligence, which was ultimately provided in January."
  • Rice tells Mitchell "sometimes it was necessary to find out who that U.S. official was.” Neither Trump, Flynn or others were U.S. officials.
  • Rice admits asking specifically for the names of members of Donald Trump’s transition team, but tries to deny it was "for political purposes."
  • Rice corroborates Dir. Comey's testimony the pace of requests picked up with increasing information particularly after August 2016.[221]
  • Several news organizations report Rice ordered U.S. spy agencies to produce spreadsheets revealing Trump associates picked up in surveillance of foreign officials and then leaked the names.[222]
  • 5 April. Private security firm, CrowdStrike, employed by DNC which first claimed Russia hacked the election refuses to cooperate with Congressional investigations. DNC has yet to allow FBI to examine servers to establish whether or not the servers were hacked.[223] FBI continues its investigation into "Russian hacking" based on discredited information (Steele dossier) and unestablished facts (DNC hacking).
  • Reports say CIA Dir. John Brennan targeted Sean Hannity and Blackwater founder, Erik Prince between the election on November 8 and the inauguration in January, according to White House and House intelligence sources. Hannity was reportedly unmasked by Susan Rice at Brennan’s behest because of a perceived relationship with Trump and Julian Assange. Prince has long criticized the CIA’s incompetence, including the Brennan's handling of the drone program and its failure to target terrorists properly and the collateral damage done to Afghan civilians. Brennan was behind the removal of Flynn. The motivations for Brennan’s intense dislike of Michael Flynn date back years to when Flynn was producing intel documents that showed how the supposed 'Syrian moderates' were funded by persons and groups in Saudi Arabia and Qatar. Brennan also brought in to the CIA disgraced Syria analyst Elizabeth O’Bagy. O’Bagy was outed for manufacturing her credentials and for being paid by the Syrian rebels.[224]
  • 8 April. In direct messages released by actress-model Robin Young and Guccifer 2.0, Guccifer 2.0 claims Seth Rich was his whistleblower source and that he created the ruse that he was a Russian hacker to protect his source. In reality, Guccifer 2.0 is a Clinton false flag operation set up to discredit the Seth Rich revelations at Wikileaks.[225]
  • Susan Rice net worth estimated at $50 million, an increase of $30 million since she entered the White House. Rice has never worked in the private sector nor earned more than $172,000 has a career civil servant.[226]
  • 9 April. Washington Post Fact Checker gives Susan Rice four Pinocchios.
  • 10 April. Washington Post reports Rice herself asked to unmask the identities of some of the Trump associates and chronicles list of misleading statements.[227] Rice under fire over claims of destroying Syrian chemical weapons.[228][229]
  • 12 April. Trigger man in Fast and Furious scandal arrested.[230]
  • 13 April. Both House and Senate expand investigation into Susan Rice and the Obama administration's domestic spying for political purposes.[231]
  • FusionGPS, the firm which authored the Steele dossier, refuses to answer the Senate Judiciary Committee's question as to who in the Clinton machine hired them. The Steele dossier formed much of the basis for the Obama administration's attacks on Donald Trump and its authorization to use the US Intelligence Community to harass domestic political opponents. "When political opposition research becomes the basis for law enforcement or intelligence efforts, it raises substantial questions about the independence of law enforcement and intelligence from politics.”[232]
  • After first denying involvement, Britains GCHQ spying agency admits to spying on Trump since 2015 and sharing information with US intelligence since the spring of 2016,[233] corroborating the report of the NYT of March 2 cited by Mark Levin and pre-dating any FISA warrant or "incidental collection." This allegation has its roots in the Steele dossier and claims US involvement in the Trump investigation began in April 2016 when John Brennan received "routine" intelligence sharing information from British intelligence, including sharing activities from one of the Baltic States, now rumored to be Estonia. Some Estonian figures reacted negatively to Trump comments about defending the Baltics and making NATO allies pay their fair share.[234]
  • 14 April. Mike Cernovich who broke the story about Susan Rice's illegal activities assaulted during public speaking engagement.
  • 17 April. Senate to investigate Rice's contacts with Bannon, Clapper, and others.[237]
  • 18 April. CNN finally reports FBI used bogus Steele dossier to obtain FISA warrant. What's more, both the FBI & Clinton campaign associates paid Steele to write the opposition research attacks.[238]
  • The bogus document has been cited by FBI Dir. Comey in some of his briefings to members of Congress in recent weeks, as one of the sources of information the bureau used to bolster its investigation.
  • The bogus evidence also was presented to the FISA court to win approval to surveillance on Carter Page. Page commented, "I look forward to the Privacy Act of 1974 lawsuit that I plan to file in response to the civil rights violations by Obama administration appointees last year. The discovery process will be of great value to the United States, as our nation hears testimony from them under oath, and we receive disclosure of the documents which show what exactly was done in 2016."
  • Cause of Action (CoA), a watchdog group, files suit seeking records on the relationship between the FBI and Christopher Steele, author of the Steele dossier. "According to a news report, Mr. Steele entered an agreement with the FBI a few weeks before the November 2016 election to investigate then-candidate Donald Trump while, at the same time, he was employed by an opposition research firm to collect information for Democratic presidential nominee Hillary Clinton."[239]
  • 19 April. Intelligence Community pushes to keep surveillance powers. Maintaining existing powers is "the intelligence community’s top legislative priority for 2017."[240][241]
  • 20 April. Americans for Limited Government president Rick Manning calls for Comey's firing: “The FBI’s incredible incompetence and outright complicity with the politicization of government spying removes the last shred of credibility that Director James Comey has and he needs to either resign or be fired. The failure to even secure and independently examine the DNC server while relying on the self-serving innuendo by the DNC’s computer consultant CrowdStrike for verification is unbelievable. But their reliance on an easily disprovable political hit piece dossier to get a FISA warrant against Carter Page, paid for by Democrat supporters of Hillary Clinton and produced by the private firm Fusion GPS, to attempt to undermine the Trump campaign in 2016 effort is inexcusable."[242]
  • 21 April. Landmark Legal Foundation files Amicus brief with FISA court.[243] Landmark submits that the Obama administration "abused the judicial process, placing the integrity of this Court and the constitutional rights of individuals at risk." Landmark asks the Court to examine:
1. Have this Court’s order or orders been used by intelligence and law enforcement entities of the federal government as a subterfuge to surveil private citizens and at least one United States Senator for political purposes?

2. Did government officials seek one or more national security surveillance warrants from this Court as a pretext to conduct an investigation for the purpose of affecting an ongoing national presidential campaign and subsequent transition of an incoming president?

3. When applying to this Court for one or more warrants in this matter, did the FBI inform this Court that it had apparently paid some of the expenses of a former British spy who prepared the dossier reportedly relied on, in whole or part, in its application to convince this Court to issue a warrant, and that it had apparently negotiated to make further payments to the former British spy, which efforts were ultimately unsuccessful?

4. When applying to this Court for one or more warrants in this matter, did the FBI inform this Court that the dossier it reportedly presented in pursuit of one or more warrants had originally been prepared by the former British spy for a Washington research firm conducting opposition research against the Republican nominee for president, candidate Donald Trump?
  • 22 April. New York Times reports FBI offered to pay Christopher Steel $50,000 if he could corroborate the Steele dossier; nothing has been paid.[244]
  • Document reveals Attn. Gen. Loretta Lynch instructed FBI Dir. Comey to cover-up Hillary investigation.[245]
  • 23 April. The Guardian publishes an article that includes information confirming that ex-CIA director John Brennen was indeed the American forerunner of political espionage targeted at defeating President Donald Trump. The side that actually colluded with foreign powers was that of Hillary Clinton. Brennan’s goal was obvious, to retain his position as CIA director under Hillary Clinton. Brennan reportedly worked with British and Estonian spies in order to sabotage the 2016 election in favor of Clinton. Brennan utilized false intelligence as an excuse to set up a multi-agency investigation into Donald Trump. This led the FBI to conduct a search on a computer server connected to Trump Tower, giving Susan Rice and other Clinton supporters a shield in order to spy on Trump’s people. CIA acting under John Brennan leaked to the press that this investigation would be happening. His hope was to cause as much political damage to Trump’s campaign as possible. An official within the intelligence community explained that Brennan’s entourage of radicals didn’t even try to hide what they were doing.
  • 28 April. NSA press release announces suspension of President Obama's illegal 4th Amendment civil rights violations of American citizens.[246]

  • 3 May. Susan Rice refuses to give testimony before Senate Intelligence Committee.[249]
  • 7 May. Newsweek reports FBI offered a petty hacker, who was arrested in Prague on unrelated charges stemming from 2012, fifteen million dollars, US citizenship, and an apartment if he would lie and confess to hacking Hillary Clinton's email account on orders from Vladimir Putin. The FBI is desperate at this point to find someone to hang the allegations on and justify the investigation.[250]
  • 8 May. Eric and Donald Trump Jr. summoned to FBI headquarters for emergency meeting with Dir. Comey, bureau cybersecurity agents and CIA representatives.[251]
  • 9 May. Deputy Attorney General Rod Rosenstein writes memorandum to Attn. Gen. Sessions which includes in part:[252]
the FBI's reputation and credibility have suffered substantial damage, and it has affected the entire Department of Justice. That is deeply troubling to many Department employees and veterans, legislators and citizens.

... I cannot defend the Director's handling of the conclusion of the investigation of Secretary Clinton's emails, and I do not understand his refusal to accept the nearly universal judgment that he was mistaken....

The director was wrong to usurp the Attorney General's authority on July 5, 2016, and announce his conclusion that the case should be closed without prosecution.

It is not the function of the Director to make such an announcement. At most, the Director should have said the FBI had completed its investigation and presented its findings to federal prosecutors. The Director now defends his decision by asserting that he believed attorney General Loretta Lynch had a conflict. But the FBI Director is never empowered to supplant federal prosecutors and assume command of the Justice Department. There is a well-established process for other officials to step in when a conflict requires the recusal of the Attorney General. On July 5, however, the Director announced his own conclusions about the nation's most sensitive criminal investigation, without the authorization of duly appointed Justice Department leaders.

Compounding the error, the Director ignored another longstanding principle: we do not hold press conferences to release derogatory information about the subject of a declined criminal investigation. Derogatory information sometimes is disclosed in the course of criminal investigations and prosecutions, but we never release it gratuitously. The Director laid out his version of the facts for the news media as if it were a closing argument, but without a trial. It is a textbook example of what federal prosecutors and agents are taught not to do.

In response to skeptical question at a congressional hearing, the Director defended his remarks by saying that his "goal was to say what is true. What did we do, what did we find, what do we think about it." But the goal of a federal criminal investigation is not to announce our thoughts at a press conference. The goal is to determine whether there is sufficient evidence to justify a federal criminal prosecution, then allow a federal prosecutor who exercises authority delegated by the Attorney General to make a prosecutorial decision, and then - if prosecution is warranted - let the judge and jury determine the facts. We sometimes release information about closed investigations in appropriate ways, but the FBI does not do it sua sponte (Latin for “of one’s own accord; voluntarily).”
  • Dir. Comey fired; Andrew McCabe assumes position as acting FBI Director. McCabe is under DOJ Inspector General's investigation for mishandling the Clinton email scandal. McCabe also has been implicated in the Steele dossier and the FBI's offer to pay Christopher Steele for more fabricated information. McCabe has not recused himself from the Russia investigation either, despite failing to act on a FARA (Foreign Agents Registration Act) complaint against FusionGPS, Christopher Steele's employer, being an unregistered foreign agent of the Russian government.

Grassley calls on FBI to end ‘wild speculation’ surrounding Trump; insinuations that the President is the target of a probe are nothing more than “unsubstantiated statements” from political opposition and media. Grassley said in context that the intelligence community stated one of the Russians’ primary objectives is to undermine the American public’s faith in our democratic institutions and leadership. With the goal of scoring political points, Democratic allegations and wild rhetoric have given Vladimir Putin exactly what Putin wanted.[255]

I KNOW THAT SETH RICH WAS INVOLVED IN THE DNC LEAK.

I know this because in late 2014 a person contacted me about helping me to start a branch of the Internet Party in the United States. He called himself Panda. I now know that Panda was Seth Rich.

Panda advised me that he was working on voter analytics tools and other technologies that the Internet Party may find helpful...

I have consulted with my lawyers. I accept that my full statement should be provided to the authorities and I am prepared to do that so that there can be a full investigation. My lawyers will speak with the authorities regarding the proper process.

If my evidence is required to be given in the United States I would be prepared to do so if appropriate arrangements are made. I would need a guarantee from Special Counsel Mueller, on behalf of the United States, of safe passage from New Zealand to the United States and back. In the coming days we will be communicating with the appropriate authorities to make the necessary arrangements.

More than 20 million American identities were illegally unmasked - credit reports, emails, phone conversations and Internet traffic, were some of the items the NSA and CIA collected. • 26 July. House Judiciary Committee launches probe into FBI Dir. James Comey’s leaking activities and mishandling of a federal investigation by Attn. Gen. Loretta Lynch. It will inspect Comey’s knowledge of Fusion GPS, the firm that produced the Steele dossier. The investigation will dig into Comey’s decision to “usurp the authority” of Lynch by making an “unusual announcement” that Hillary Clinton would not face criminal charges. It will investigate the infamous tarmac meeting between Bill Clinton and Loretta Lynch in Phoenix at Sky Harbor International Airport. It will look into matters related to the Clinton Foundation’s influence from foreign governments, specifically the Uranium One deal exposed in Clinton Cash—whereby the Clintons personally profited from Russians gsining ownership in U.S. uranium assets. The probe will dig into immunity deals given to “co-conspirators” in the Hillary Clinton email scandal, including Cheryl Mills, Heather Samuelson, and John Bentel. The probe will look at any “collusion” between Comey and Mueller—the special counsel leading the Russia probe—especially regarding Comey’s leak through Columbia University Law Professor Daniel Richman to the media. The probe will press for document production regarding Comey’s communication with Richman, Comey’s friend, of conversations Comey had with President Trump. Richman was the vessel through which Comey leaked to the media details of those conversations with the president after his firing, with an apparent intent of using media pressure from said leaks to spark the launching of the special counsel investigation of Russian involvement. That special counsel investigation is being led by Comey’s longtime friend Robert Mueller, another former FBI director. The probe, too, will look into Comey’s knowledge of “unmasking” of intelligence and surveillance collected on Donald Trump’s campaign or transition teams—and specifically any role that former National Security Adviser Susan Rice played in that.

  109. Ross's article expounds: The main proponent of that law, a British-American businessman named Bill Browder, tells DC..."Glenn Simpson’s job was to knowingly and dishonestly change the narrative of how Sergei Magnitsky came to die from murder to natural causes, and to change the narrative that Sergei Magnitsky was a criminal and not a whistleblower," ... Magnitsky, who helped Browder investigate many of the corrupt Russian firms, was arrested in Nov. 2008 and accused of engaging in fraud and tax evasion. Magnitsky was tortured for months in a Russian prison and deprived of medical treatment, all in order to elicit a false confession that he and Browder were engaged in fraud and tax evasion, Browder has alleged. After Magnitsky’s health deteriorated, he was transferred to another jail. There, the lawyer was allegedly beaten with blunt objects by prison guards. He died on Nov. 16, 2009 at the age of 37. Soon after his friend’s murder, Browder began lobbying American lawmakers — Maryland Sen. Ben Cardin and Arizona Sen. John McCain, in particular — to pass a law that would provide a mechanism to punish Kremlin-linked Russian criminals. http://dailycaller.com/2017/01/16/think-tank-appears-to-cut-ties-with-oppo-researcher-behind-trump-dossier/#ixzz4d5c0xHTC

  130. The artcle continues: "Since no one can take part in the formulation or execution of foreign or defense policy without a high-level security clearance, vetoing the president’s people by denying them clearances trumps the president....the persons who thus took for themselves the prerogative that the American people had entrusted to [President Trump] at the ballot box, chances are 100 percent that they will use that prerogative ever more frequently with regard to anyone else whom they regard as standing in the way of their preferred policies, as a threat to their reputation, or simply as partisan opponents... undermin[ing] nothing less than the self-evident heart of the Constitution’s Article II: The president is the executive branch. All of its employees draw their powers from him and answer to him, not the other way around." http://www.washingtontimes.com/news/2017/feb/15/cia-insults-trump/

  133. The article continues, "as director of the Defense Intelligence Agency – he oversaw a prescient 2012 analysis that foresaw that their support for the Syrian insurgency would give rise to “a declared or undeclared Salafist principality in eastern Syria [ISIS].” The DIA report, which was partially declassified in a lawsuit over the 2012 killing of the U.S. ambassador to Libya and three other U.S. personnel in Benghazi, Libya, embarrassed the advocates for an escalation of the war in Syria and the ouster of secular President Bashar al-Assad. Flynn even went further in a 2015 interview when he said the intelligence was “very clear” that the Obama administration made a “willful decision” to back these jihadists in league with Middle East allies, a choice that looked particularly stupid when Islamic State militants started beheading American hostages and capturing cities in Iraq.... Key U.S. government neocons, such as Assistant Secretary of State for European Affairs Victoria Nuland and Sen. John McCain, then began pushing for the violent right-wing coup that – in February 2014 – ousted Ukraine’s elected President Viktor Yanukovych and touched off the new Cold War with Russia. Amid these heightened tensions, the mainstream media in the United States and Europe joined in the full-scale Russia/Putin-bashing... to enforce the new groupthink – holding Russia at fault for pretty much everything – a new McCarthyism emerged, deeming anyone who dared disagree a “Moscow stooge” or a “Russian propagandist.” The ugliness penetrated into the U.S. presidential campaign because Democrat Hillary Clinton took a belligerent line toward Russia while Trump broke with the Republican establishment and called for improved ties between Washington and Moscow... This hysteria over Russia gained added strength because Democrats were so angry over Trump’s election that liberal and progressive operatives saw a chance to build a movement and raise lots of money by pushing the Trump-Putin accusations. This opportunism has turned much of the liberal/progressive community into a pro-New Cold War constituency willing to engage in a new breed of McCarthyism by demanding intensive investigations into alleged connections between Americans and Russians.... ...since Trump’s inauguration, the focus has shifted to Flynn, as the personification of the effort to cool off the New Cold War, because he had phone conversations with the Russian ambassador that presumably were intercepted by U.S. intelligence. Because Flynn supposedly misrepresented some details of the calls to Vice President Mike Pence, senior Justice Department holdovers from the Obama administration concocted an argument that Flynn might be vulnerable to Russian blackmail. The argument is dubious because the Russians would know that the U.S. government knew exactly what the conversations entailed, so how would the blackmail work? But this “blackmail” argument is another throwback to the earlier McCarthy days when gays were barred from sensitive government jobs because of their alleged susceptibility to blackmail. But the gambit to get Flynn worked. Amid frenzied coverage on CNN, MSNBC, The Washington Post, The New York Times and the rest of the mainstream media, Flynn and the Russia détente that he stood for were not expected to be long for this world of Official Washington." https://consortiumnews.com/2017/02/14/trump-caves-on-flynns-resignation/

  178. In his ruling the stated: "In 2011--at the same time that Ms. Attkisson was conducting investigations and issuing certain of her high-profile news reports--the Attkissons 'began to notice anomalies in numerous electronic devices at their home in Virginia.' These anomalies included Ms. Attkisson's work-issued laptop computer and a family desktop computer 'turning on and off at night without input from anyone in the household,' 'the house alarm chirping daily at different times,' and 'television problems, including interference.' All of these electronic devices used 'the Verizon FiOS line installed in [the Attkissons'] home,' but Verizon was unable to stanch the anomalous activity despite multiple attempts. In January 2012, the Attkissons' residential internet service 'began constantly dropping off'." "In February 2012, 'sophisticated surveillance spyware' was installed on Ms. Attkisson's work-issued laptop computer. A later forensic computer analysis revealed that Ms. Attkisson's laptop and the family's desktop computer had been the 'targets of unauthorized surveillance efforts.' That same forensic analysis revealed that Ms. Attkisson's mobile phone was also targeted for surveillance when it was connected to the family's desktop computer. The infiltration of that computer and the extraction of information from it was 'executed via an IP address owned, controlled, and operated by the United States Postal service.' Additionally, based on the sophisticated nature of the software used to carry out the infiltration and software fingerprints indicating the use of the federal government's proprietary software, the infiltration and surveillance appeared to be perpetrated by persons in the federal government." "An independent forensic computer analyst hired by CBS subsequently reported finding evidence on both Ms. Attkisson's work-issued laptop computer and her family's desktop computer of 'a coordinated, highly-skilled series of actions and attacks directed at the operation of the computers.' Computer forensic analysis also indicated that remote actions were taken in December 2012 to remove the evidence of the electronic infiltration and surveillance from Ms. Attkisson's computers and other home electronic equipment." "As Ms. Attkisson's investigations and reporting continued, in October 2012 the Attkissons noticed 'an escalation of electronic problems at their personal residence, including interference in home and mobile phone lines, computer interference, and television interference.' In November of that year, Ms. Attkisson's mobile phones 'experienced regular interruptions and interference, making telephone communications unreliable, and, at times, virtually impossible'." "Additionally, in December 2012, a person with government intelligence experience conducted an inspection of the exterior of the Attkissons' Virginia home. That investigator discovered an extra Verizon FiOS fiber optics line. Soon thereafter, after a Verizon technician was instructed by Ms. Attkisson to leave the extra cable at the home, the cable disappeared, and the Attkissons were unable to determine what happened to it. In March 2013, the Attkissons' desktop computer malfunctioned, and in September of that year, while Ms. Attkisson was working on a story at her home, she observed that her personal laptop computer was remotely accessed and controlled, resulting in data being deleted from it. On April 3, 2013, Ms. Attkisson filed a complaint with the Inspector General of the Department of Justice. The Inspector General's investigation was limited to an analysis of the compromised desktop computer, and the partially-released report that emerged from that investigation reported 'no evidence of intrusion,' although it did note 'a great deal of advanced mode computer activity not attributable to Ms. Attkisson or anybody in her household'." "The Attkissons allege that the 'cyber-attacks' they 'suffered in [their] home' were perpetrated by 'personnel working on behalf of the United States.' Accordingly, they have asserted various claims against the United States and against former Attorney General Eric Holder, former Postmaster General Patrick Donahoe, and unknown agents of the Department of Justice, the United States Postal Service, and the United States, all in their individual capacities. Those claims include claims against the United States under the FTCA and claims against the individual federal officers for violations of constitutional rights under Bivens v. Six Unknown Named Agents of Fed. Bureau of Narcotics, 403 U.S. 388 (1971)..." https://sharylattkisson.com/attkisson-v-eric-holder-department-of-justice-et-al/

  225. Adam Carter writes, "one particular group would have been particularly desperate precisely at that time, for the emergence of a narrative about Russian hackers to discredit proper leaks / justify claims that all leaks are 'probably doctored' and they will have very likely known [Warren] Flood too. That group is the Clinton Campaign. As of June 12th, [2016] they were in a position where Julian Assange had just announced WikiLeaks' upcoming release of Hillary's emails, she was still under FBI investigation, and Trump was attacking Hillary for her use of a private server with his supporters frequently chanting "lock her up!" at rallies. The campaign was in a desperate position and really needed something similar to a Russian hacker narrative and one where they would be fortunate to have a seemingly clumsy hacker that leaves lots of 'fingerprints' tainting files and bringing the reputation of leaks into question... Sure enough, 2-3 days later, Guccifer2.0 - the world's weirdest hacker - was spawned and started telling lies in an effort to attribute himself to the malware discoveries, etc." http://g-2.space/#7

  264. "These media, he noted, are part of a large-scale system of US influence on the domestic political situation in Russia. They are in close cooperation with various funds and non-profit organizations that are foreign agents. Action was noted for coordinating and disseminating the content of American structures that are part of the Department of Defense and the US State Department. Through diplomatic channels and government organizations, the United States places materials of propaganda content in the Russian social networks and the media in the guise of copyright content. L.Levin also said that just before the Duma elections in 2016, an Internet portal of information warfare initiatives in the countries of Central and Eastern Europe was launched with American funds. "This shows that the delegitimization of the Russian political system is not only for the audience in Russia, but also in other information spaces that have historical and linguistic links with our country," he said. Moreover, the organization, which is superior to radio stations, received $ 160 million in 2016, including countering Russian information influence. According to L.Levin, about 30% of significant media structures working in the Russian information space are controlled from abroad. Andrei Isaev drew the attention of his colleagues to the information that appeared on the Internet that some media, registered as Russian, have contracts with foreign organizations, for which they are obliged to publish materials, including propaganda, prepared abroad. Irina Yarovaya noted that information war as a complex impact on the system of state and military administration is the official doctrine of the United States. "Their information aggression has led many times to a color revolution, economic devastation and hot wars," she recalled. "If two of the defeats that tsarist Russia and the Soviet country suffered, we will not make far-reaching conclusions, then we will not cope with new challenges," said Gennady Zyuganov . - The main thing in information is content, not fiction around the form of its application. In the meantime, we are only talking about fiction. " Vyacheslav Nikonov noted that in the US, 15,000 NGOs are engaged in foreign policy, and some have a budget comparable to the budget of the Russian Foreign Ministry. 65% of this is the State Department, the CIA, the US Department of Defense, and 19 US intelligence services, operating around the world, including against Russia. Such NGOs finance the media and train journalists and opposition activists. "Recipe one - to build a clear system of counteraction," - assured Nikolai Ryzhak." http://pda.duma.gov.ru/news/273/1933609/
