P90X

P90X, or Power 90 Extreme, is a commercial home exercise regimen, developed by a team lead by Tony Horton.[1] It is designed to take 90 days, and consists of a training program which uses weight training, martial arts, yoga and calisthenics and also include advice on nutrition and dietary supplements.[2] It was made famous by Paul Ryan.
