Queens is a borough of New York City, located on the northwestern tip of Long Island, just above the borough of Brooklyn. It is a residential suburb that is now the largest borough in terms of area and population and contains both of New York City's airports (John F. Kennedy International Airport and LaGuardia). The borough of Queens is coterminous with Queens County, a political subdivision of the State of New York. It is known as one of the most diverse areas in the country, with natives from over 100 countries.
