Rick Berg (born August 16, 1959 in Maddock, North Dakota) is the Republican U.S. Representative from North Dakota's at-large congressional district, after having defeated 18-year incumbent Democrat Earl Pomeroy in the 2010 election. Berg wass a member of the North Dakota House of Representatives, and has previously served as Speaker and Majority Leader.
