Robert Bentley currently serves as the Republican Governor of Alabama, and is the 53rd Governor of that state.

Summary of Life

After graduating from Shelby County High School, he enrolled for the University of Alabama to finally major in Chemistry and Biology, in which he subsequently graduated with a Bachelor of Science after 3 years since his enrollment.

He then began to endeavor in his motivational pursuits to become a student of the University of Alabama School of Medicine to accomplish his earlier dream of becoming a medical doctor.

His goal was fulfilled after meeting Martha Dianne Jones of Montgomery, his future spouse, and after joining the United States Air Force in 1969.

He eventually became a specialist in the field of dermatology after his three-year residency at the University of Alabama, to finally become the governor of Alabama after his previous election to the Alabama State House of Representatives from Tuscaloosa County.
