Schlockumentary is a term referring to documentary films that use junk science, dishonest editing, and/or highly biased research methods intended to arrive at partisan or conspiratorial conclusions. [1]

Origins

Schlockumentary is a portmanteau of the Yiddish word schlock -meaning junk-[2], with documentary. It is a favorite tactic of liberals to disparage viewpoints with which they disagree. Filmmakers such as Michael Moore are notorious for their libelous films which use faulty logic to advance their liberal agenda despite overwhelming evidence to the contrary.
