Stephen Schwartz

Stephen Suleyman Schwartz (born 1948 in Columbus, Ohio) is a neoconservative author and journalist. His father Horace Schwartz, was a secular Jew; his mother was a Protestant and a member of the Communist Party of the United States of America; he himself is a practicing Muslim and the executive director of the Center for Islamic Pluralism. He has been a vocal supporter of the Iraq War.
