Obama has been universally declared to be the first black President of the USA by all of the world's media. Can you cite any credible external source which suggests that he isn't the first black President, or suggests other US Presidents who may have been black? Sideways 16:19, 17 November 2008 (EST)

I found two, though one isn't "external". I don't know why you wouldn't consider an American history teacher to be a credible source, but I think you should.
