still not sure of the claim that media reports were a liberal hitjob but left that in for now.
Let me just say this, I am not sourcing "the liberal media attacking Rumsfeld, Cheney, Bush." It's widely known already.
- I'm not asking you to, nor am I disputing that. It's just that from what I recall of the story, there was blame placed on the military, not the executive branch. --KevinS 23:20, 19 December 2008 (EST)
Is Tillman a conservative?
I seem to remember hearing that Tillman, like his entire family, was an Atheist and a Registered Democrat. --EmersonW 20:23, 26 April 2009 (EDT)
Tillman was not a conservative, he was, in fact, an Athiest, and liberal democrat who encouraged others to vote for John Kerry in the 2004 election, and was disappointed when the war in Iraq began, which he felt was unjust. I don't think this makes him any less of a hero, however. --LarryL 22:01, 27 April 2009 (EDT)
Not sure why this article is locked for editing? Anyway, in the first section, the sentence After the terrorists attacks of 9/11, he gave up a lucrative NFL career with the Arizona Cardinals to fight for his country as an Army Ranger, he died fighting in Afghanistan. has a grammar error. The last comma could be a semi-colon, or the phrase , he died fighting in Afghanistan. could be made into a separate sentence: . He died fighting in Afghanistan.--Hsmom 23:28, 27 April 2009 (EDT)
