Isn't this quite specific? Seems "vote" is a concept that is used world wide in many contexts, not just senate vote. Perhaps the title should be changed? Michelle.--MHayes 18:04, 27 August 2008 (EDT)

My reasoning exactly. I also don't think that such a tiny detail about the Senate requires its own article, so I simply merged the article's content into United States Senate and replaced this one with a more general version. It's not exactly Featured Article material, but it's a start people can build up on. :) --DirkB 18:15, 27 August 2008 (EDT)
good deal. I get hum... hesitant... to change things like this, cause CP has a few sysops who are, in my view, overboard in their approach to how editors work. So I leave lots of comments on Talk pages, till someone who has been here long enough either says "ah, good thought,,, do it" or does it.  ;-) Michelle.--MHayes 18:21, 27 August 2008 (EDT)
