This seems an awful lot like an unproven, accusatory conspiracy theory--similar to the 9/11 attacks. Intro sentence wrong

The article starts with ""War on Women" is a campaign narrative crafted and promoted by the Democratic Party for the 2012 election cycle." The term predates the current election cycle. As far as I can tell Democrats have been using the term for the last 5-6 years. They use the phrase every time the GOP makes an effort to curtail legal abortions, resist democratic proposals for increased contraception funding, or attempt to defund groups like Planned Parenthood.
