1. Don't delete user pages or user talk pages for editors who have edited in the last 5 years.

2. Using the talk pages or user pages that have the welcome template, delete editors who have not edited in 5 years.

If they posted to their user page, you can use their edit history to see if they have posted in the last 5 years.

See when welcome was posted. See if editor ever posted on his/her talk page. Using editor signature to their posting, find out if they have posted in the last 5 years.

3. Once Step #2 has been accomplished, delete remaining talk pages and user pages of editors who have not edited in 5 years.

That's an awfully short list of user pages not to delete

I see that your account was created largely to do "maintenance work", and that you have delete privileges, and that there is a list above of user pages not to delete. While I'm happy to see my name on that list (though my user and talk pages have been deleted in the past) I sure hope that it is not your intention to cut the contributor community of Conservapedia down to those 26 people (plus the admins in the screenshots). I would hope that you wouldn't delete a user page or talk page without very careful study of that person's history and whether the content was libelous, or, better yet, never delete such a page at all SamHB (talk) 13:45, 19 June 2017 (EDT)
