The Viet Cong were communist guerrillas in South Vietnam. The Vietcong killed under their Tet-offensive in the Vietnam War thousands of people. Like in the Massacre of Huế, where 2800-6000 civilians, include childrens, were killed. An other war criminal was the Massacre of Dak Son, it is not well known because the liberal media try to hush up the responsible of the Viet Cong.
