David T. Pyne

David T. Pyne is the Executive Vice President of the Task Force on National & Homeland Security, a former U.S. Army combat arms and H.Q. staff office, a National Security strategist & military historian, Russia and nuclear weapons expert.

Pyne holds an M.A. in National Security Studies from Georgetown University. In 2024 he was serving as Deputy Director of National Operations for the EMP Task Force on National and Homeland Security and a contributor to Dr. Peter Pry’s new book Blackout Warfare.
