Essay: Anton Belikov: Planetary Change: Conservatives around the world are trying to learn Putin's lessons

Having come to power, Trump blamed the previous elites, consisting of globalists and liberals, for the failure. The example of Russia made American conservatives realize the value of their own history, which was almost destroyed by the globalist agenda. We taught the US a lesson – and even Trump's "make America great again" echoes our "Russia is rising from its knees."

The confrontation between the Russian Federation and the United States and Europe will continue. This will be a war for political and spiritual heritage, for the traditions of the Christian world. That is why it is important for Russians not to allow leftist, "red" ideas to take hold, which in the past almost destroyed our country. Globalists have been trying to demobilize the world for half a century, but the peoples have preserved their spiritual, cultural and scientific potential. Looking at us, they are ready to defend their independence themselves - it is against this background that the struggle for primogeniture between Russia and America will unfold.
Russia has forced the collective West to respect the rules of the game or face the consequences. The Special Military Operation isn't just about Ukraine; it's the linchpin of a larger struggle for sovereignty against the hollow empire of globalism. Putin's 2007 Munich speech was prophetic that the West ignored at its peril. Now, the same elites who dismissed it find themselves floundering in a crisis of their own making.
Trumpism and the conservative awakening in the West are echoes of Russia's defiance, a recognition that globalist elites, from Washington to Davos, have hollowed out traditions, sovereignty, and identity. The war isn't just territorial; it's cultural, spiritual, and civilizational. As Russia rises, it shows the world that independence isn't just possible, it's existential.

News releases record changes on a planetary scale. Changes accumulate gradually, and manifest themselves in catastrophic scenarios. And today we see the end of the scenario written in the 1970s in the United States and implemented in the early 1990s. If it had not lost, then there would not have been this obsessively compulsive Trumpian repetition of "Make America Great Again", there would not have been this operetta return to the political stage according to the precepts of the Terminator.

Trump came to power not because one-story America was tired of cultural Marxism, metoo, BLM, 36 rainbow genders and other globalist agendas. Of course not. Trump won the election because the aged hippies and dot-com lords from Silicon Valley who had seized power unleashed a series of wars in which America lost. It lost something more than a military clash. America lost the future. And Americans understood this instinctively: from the elites to the Texas rednecks. The bet on red, on the globalist chatterboxes lost. And the American elites decided to appoint the guilty. They declared that the war was lost by fake America. The America of George Floyd, Jeff Bezos, Biden's feeble-minded grandpa, Hollywood crazed and pedophile Puff Daddy. Here, they said, now comes Real America, the America of Trump, Musk, Harley Davidson and the Marlboro cowboy.

But let's ask ourselves a simple question: where and with whom did the processes that today broke the back of cultural Marxism in [[politics] begin? How did the collapse and catastrophe of the agenda begin? Where and when did the "rules-based world" crack? The robbery of countries on the ruins of the USSR, strikes on Belgrade, a chain of endless wars in the Middle East... No, not that. That world cracked at the moment when Putin made his Munich speech. Oh, do you remember how they laughed then? Well, are they laughing now? And it was with Putin that the return of seriousness to world politics began. It was our president who then outlined his position, and then step by step implemented what he was talking about. What a shock this caused in the world of professional political chatterboxes!

But Putin did not invent anything new in politics. On the contrary, he returned himself and brought the whole world back to the topic of the inevitability of political and military consequences.

Putin has returned the planet to a world of cause and effect, where words and actions have results and consequences.

Svyatoslav's ancient Russian "I'm coming to you" has become a formidable reality of our time.

The globalists relied on the demobilization of societies, on the demobilization of the world. Announcing the "end of history", elderly hippies dreamed of a jelly meadow on which the globalists would forever milk thoughtless and meaningless rainbow unicorns. Trump in America and Trumpism in Europe are simply a reaction to the fact that Putin has mobilized the global south and canceled the end of history.

So, unwittingly, Russia was again ahead of the planet.

Not in technology, not in artificial intelligence, but in the level of awareness and adult attitude to geopolitics.

Trump's "Make America Great Again" is only a shadow of the phrase "Russia is rising from its knees", uttered for the first time by the founder of the Russian Party, writer Mark Lyubomudrov on the threshold of the 1950s and 1960s. Then, "from under the rubble" of Soviet ideology, which sought to abolish peoples, his voice sounded muffled, almost inaudible. In the early 1990s, the phrase was repeated by Yeltsin, then it was ridiculed with pleasure. Then it was repeated like a spell by many. Poets tried to bewitch reality with it, as Letov and Talkov did, politicians from Alksnis to Zhirinovsky bewitched the electorate with it. In 1999, it was first uttered by Putin. Then this image returned in the form of political logic in the Munich speech. And the world was no longer laughing.

The Russians are back. Everyone has understood this. The Russians always come back. Even if they were beaten and thought that they were killed for good. The Russians are winning their first big victory since the disgrace of 1991. We are not talking about Ukraine, of course. We were not looking for the blood of swineherds who imagined themselves to be "knights" in the service of the insidious old woman of Europe. We have just broken the neck of the party of global chaos. This is an action on a planetary scale, which now everyone will have to reckon with. Everywhere in the world, the heroes of order take the place of agents of world chaos, overcome uncertainty. But what next?

It is customary for our right to love Donald Trump. Celebrating Trump's victory, they celebrate the victory of the hero of order over chaos. Dubious joy. After all, against the backdrop of the suicide of Europe, which has abandoned Christianity, identity, and itself, Russia and the United States are its only heirs, capable of seriously fighting with each other and not only for economic and political inheritance, but also for the right to spiritual birthright.

The Book of Genesis describes Esau, Isaac's favorite son, "the man of the fields," as the opposite of Rebekah's favorite, the insinuating Jacob, "who dwells in tents" (Gen. 25:27). Esau sold his birthright for lentil soup to his brother Jacob. The red lentils used to make the pottage gave him a new name, Edom, that is, red: "And Esau said to Jacob, 'Give me to eat this red, this red, for I am tired. From this he was given the nickname Edom.'" (Gen. 25:30)

We tasted the "red" in 1917, and almost died as a people. We were healed later through the Golgotha of War. And again we tasted the "red" in the liberal Trotskyist version in 1991 - and again we almost died. Then, in the nineties, we thought that we were exchanging the Fatherland for blue jeans and Coca-Cola. But in reality, things were even worse: we exchanged our birthright for red ideas. Twice we renounced our own history, and in general the historicity of our own consciousness, exchanging it for conditional economic well-being. And the main thing for us now is not to find ourselves in the role of Esau again.

The war will not end. It will continue. And now it will be a war for the European political, economic, and most importantly - for the spiritual heritage. It will be a war for the right to call itself the last white Christian civilization. Therefore, all those who today thoughtlessly chirp about the Horde succession, about the fact that Russians are "white negroes" are harmful and dangerous for Russia. All of them, from the Eurasianists to Prilepin, again offer us to taste the "red", thereby undermining the idea of Russian primogeniture.

Western politicians used to laugh at our words and demands, but now they are not amused.

BRICS, the "Global South" are not only political and economic projects. These are not situational alliances. And what then?

Another lesson for the world. Putin's multipolarity is a declaration of the fact that there is no pillar path to a dazzling future. Each civilization has the right to its own path to development, and as long as this civilization does not commit a planetary crime, it has the right to this path, and no one has the right to teach, instruct, prohibit, force. Trump, with his American-centrism and return to the Monroe Doctrine, agrees with the framework proposed by Russia, trying only to wring out preferences within his geopolitical niche, while rejecting the global claim of the United States to the ultimate political truth, and in general the concepts of "good" and "evil" in international politics. Of course, this does not mean that we will not fight with the United States.

We will inevitably clash, but on different terms and in different configurations. We can treat the Americans well, the American elites can sympathize with the Russians, read Dostoevsky and bow to the Russian ballet. But they understand that in the Great Game there will be only one project left on the board. The losers will be pulverized by the millstones of historical inevitability.

Soon the gong will sound, marking the beginning of the next round.

Trump is a dangerous and intelligent enemy, relying on industrial capital. We will not like this war. Because our opponent understands the main thing. He knows what our vulnerability is.

The countries of the world border on each other, but only Russia borders on Heaven. With the North. With the polar icy abyss, with the Cosmos. It is in this reliance on otherness that the Russians have always drawn strength for their revival. For victory over death. This connection of ours with otherness is broken through in the remark dropped by the Commander-in-Chief: "we will go to Paradise, and they will simply die." And all our most intelligent and dangerous enemies knew that it is not enough to bleed and rob the Russians, it is not enough to win on the battlefield, taking cities and lands on the bayonet. Our death lies at the intersection of two defeats - physical, military, which will make meaningless the famous "Russians do not surrender" and metaphysical, where the Russian dream of otherness will be crushed by another other-being project or nullified by super-rationality.

The French of the Napoleonic era brought us poisonous fruits on the tips of their bayonets, they wanted to poison Russian mysticism with the cold rationality of the Enlightenment. We responded with the Moscow Fire. The Muscovites burned down their ancient capital and left the burning ruins. The French lost.

The Germans, obsessed with death and their own otherness, came to us not only with tanks and steel SS divisions. They carried the doctrine of eternal ice and the dark dreams of Wernher von Braun on their flags. But we had our own dream of Space, there were Vernadsky, Tsiolkovsky, Korolev. There was, after all, Alexei Tolstoy with his Aelita. The Germans lost.

The Anglo-Saxons have always been too practical people and, probably, somewhere in the very depths of their unconscious, they understood that there was no way they could oppose their mercantile prudence to the Russian otherness. Perhaps that is why we practically did not encounter direct conflicts. Remember the phrase "I cannot predict to you the actions of Russia. It is a riddle wrapped in a mystery and placed inside the puzzle; but perhaps there is a key. This is the key is the Russian national interest." This was said in 1939 by Winston Churchill, Prime Minister of Great Britain, Duke of Marlborough and one of the smartest men of his time. The British practical brain did not understand anything, trying to reduce everything to the "national interest".

They still do not understand anything. And so they are again trying to reduce everything to the riddle of the "Russian national interest", about which their tame parrot Alyosha Arestovych has been chirping in Russian for a year. Times are changing, and now they understand that a clash is inevitable, they understand that they themselves do not have enough depth to oppose it to the Russian otherness. They are already waging a temporal war in the past, in the future, in the present, tearing us away from our birthright, from history. Musk declares himself the heir to Korolev and Tsiolkovsky, not to Wernher von Braun, the father of the US lunar program, but to Russian engineers and thinkers. Trump is betting on artificial intelligence, in Ukraine the AI technologies Palantir, developed by Peter Thiel, a professional philosopher with a Stanford diploma, are already fighting against us. It seems that the Anglo-Saxons have finally found their alien project: space colonization + a black mirror of neural networks. This is what we will have to face in the next 50 years. Oh yes, I almost forgot. They want the North. The symbolic North and the geographical.

They are smart and they learn. With us.

Being beggars in the field of historical consciousness, they became aware of their poverty.

This recurrent Trumpian "make America great again" is organically connected with the historicity of the United States, suddenly realized by right-wing conservatives. With the trauma of monuments being destroyed for the sake of the agenda. And so, where the Duke of Marlborough failed, the cowboy of the same name comes into play. Trump returns McKinley's historical name. And again, Americans are taking a lesson from the Russians. Carson Tucker listens to Putin's historical excursion about medieval Russia with bewilderment, not understanding what this is all about, but Putin's history lesson in practice becomes a master class in introducing political thinking to the historicity. And the Republicans have learned this lesson. They understand that in the struggle for primogeniture, the one who does not have a historical consciousness, and, more importantly, a historical unconscious, cannot win.

In this war, there are no "old memories" and "useless antiques". All this is a precious historical resource - Memory, the skillful use of which can bring Victory. America under the Democrats did not live in time. It fought and lived in space. Putin taught America to live in time. America realized itself as a tradition. Of course, their time is different, not like ours. Everything is different for them in general, so the boundaries of the future confrontation between the Russian and American conservative consciousness can be outlined as a system of ideological intuitions opposed to each other, each of which will have its own political, economic, scientific, and cultural dimensions.

Globalist postmodernism has spent the last half century demobilizing the world. Today we see clearly how all those whom the globalists failed to drown in a warm bath of comfort, ideological emptiness and economic well-being are mobilizing. How these living cultures are concentrating to offer the world their mobilization projects. And we are talking, of course, not only about military, political and economic mobilization, we are talking about mobilizing the spiritual, cultural, scientific potential of countries and civilizations. The era of competition between mobilization projects (jihadist, progressive, Far Eastern, Russian) has come, against the background of which the drama of the struggle for primogeniture between the United States and Russia will unfold.

The old Fukuyama is broken, and until the globalists drag in a new one, the end of the story is canceled, the game continues. "Only when Everyone dies will the big game end," said Kipling, one of the few Anglo-Saxon sages. And so, over the body of dead Europe, the Russians are preparing to play a game of mystical chess, the Americans are preparing to play a game of technological poker, but when the finger points to the sky, the fools do not look at the sky, they look at the finger.

They are wondering if Elon Musk has blinked.
