Essay: Surround yourself with spiritually and morally strong people who are reasonable. Flee immoral, unreasonable losers

Learn how to spot a loser.

And once clearly identified, cut the unrepentant losers from your life now!

Being spiritually strong and virtuous is the foundation that good habits, mental toughness, and physical fitness built on.

And if you want to help your fellow man and have a life of personal achievements, due to power of social influence, being around spiritually strong and virtuous people is far better than being around immoral, toxic, losers.

An achievement orientation is when an individual's inclination and attitude toward the development and validation of one's ability to achieve is high. A person who exhibits achievement orientation is passionate about achieving their goals and their overall success. Having strong motivation is a prerequisite for having an achievement orientation. It often also involves having a strong set of leadership skills rather than following others.[1]

Achievers are not made overnight. It is a process. A person needs to weed out the loser mindset in their lives to develop an achievement mindset and become a winner.

So what are the telltale signs that you are a loser or that someone else is a loser? If you took the Quantifying a winning mindset test, would it reveal that you have a winning mindset and that you are a winner? See the test at: Essay: Quantifying a winning mindset

"The Resurrection" by Carl Heinrich Bloch.

Christianity.com on the importance of spiritual maturity:

Spiritual maturity is something that should be a priority for every Christian. It’s important in our lives for how we serve God, interact with other people, and take care of our families.

Many people claim to be Christians, but there is a difference between being a fan of Jesus and a follower of Jesus.

Our spiritual maturity can define what side of the fence we are on. To be a follower of Jesus is to deny yourself, take up your cross, and follow him. “Then he called the crowd to him along with his disciples and said: ‘Whoever wants to be my disciple must deny themselves and take up their cross and follow me’” (Mark 8:34).[2]

Most individuals are overweight/obese due to their dietary and exercise habits.[8] So if someone is overweight, they chose to be (See also: Mental toughness and weight loss).

Being overweight is a significant health risk (See: Health risks linked to obesity).

According to the UCLA Health, "In March of 2023, the World Obesity Federation (WOF) released a report stating that by 2035 over 4 billion people – more than half the world’s population – will be obese."[9] According to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, 31% of United States adults aged 20 and older were considered overweight in 2017-2018, while 42% were obese.[10] This means that roughly 74% of adults in the US were overweight or obese. However, some say that obesity rates are even higher, with HSPH.Harvard.edu estimating that 69% of US adults are overweight or obese.[11]

The article You’re NOT The Average Of The Five People You Surround Yourself With states:

The first major study on the breadth of social influence was conducted by Nicholas Christakis and James Fowler. The duo was examined the data set from the Framingham Heart Study, one of the largest and longest running health studies ever, when they realized that it covered more than just the heart health of the participants. They were studied for all sorts of medical conditions, and during interviews they were probed with all sorts of demographic questions, including questions about family members and friends.

So they started analyzing the data to see what the effects of family members and friends was on something fairly easy and objective: obesity. According to their results, if a friend of yours becomes obese, you yourself are 45 percent more likely than chance to gain weight over the next two to four years. More surprisingly, however, Christakis and Fowler found that if a friend of your friend becomes obese, your likelihood of gaining weight increases by about 20 percent — even if you don’t know that friend of a friend. The effect continues one more person out. If a friend of the friend of your friend develops obesity, you are still 10 percent more likely than random chance to gain weight as well.

Your friends make you fat, but so do their friends, and so do their friends of friends.[12]
