Jonathan Sacks

Rabbi Sir Jonathan Henry Sacks (born 1948, London) is the Chief Rabbi of the United Kingdom and the Commonwealth, and the Chief Rabbi of the Hong Kong Jewish community. He is also a philosopher and scholar of Judaism.

He was knighted by The Queen in 2005. Although an Orthodox Jew, he is widely regarded by many Jews of all strands, as the chief spokesperson and ambassador for the Jewish community in the U.K. He received the Templeton Prize in 2016.[1]
