Morrison v. Olson is a Supreme Court case which addressed the constitutionality of the Ethics in Government Act of 1978, also sometimes referred to as the Independent Counsel Act.[1]
The case is notable for the lone dissent of Antonin Scalia that the post-Watergate special counsel statute is unconstitutional.[2]
