Piano Concerto No. 1

The Piano Concerto No. 1 in B Flat minor, Op. 23, is one of the greatest compositions of Pyotr Ilyich Tchaikovsky, which he wrote between November 1874 and February 1875, and revised twice (in 1879 and again in 1888).
It is the 4th most often performed piano concerto at Carnegie Hall, since it opened in 1801: 186 performances.[1]
The first performance of this piano concerto was well-received in Boston on October 25, 1875 by Hans von Bülow.
Tchaikovsky himself was a good pianist, a better conductor, and a fabulous composer.
